I had a problem with my order. Unfortunately the bottle was not properly closed and it arrived empty.
But the YCZ customer service was excellent ! They replaced my first order and package arrived within a few days.

Given a Refund and a Cologne to go along with it.
I ordered a cologne and then had to cancel the order about an hour later for a specific reason. They refunded my cologne but somehow had already created a shipping label within an hour and told me it would be on the way. I was emailed and eventually told to consider the cologne a gift along with my refund! Thanks YCZ

Not very happy with my product
Not very happy with my product. They did not want me posting an honest review. I attempted to get a refund and return product. Company proceeded to use tactics to persuade me to change my review. Once I did this they said they would issue a refund. Nothing like extorting and blackmailing your customers. This company has proven to be untrustworthy. Difficult to deal with as they are based in China.

I had an issue with my original order…
I had an issue with my original order getting stuck in transit, but the YCZ team handled everything so quickly and professionally. Their customer service was responsive, kind, and kept me updated the entire time. They created a reshipment right away and I received the replacement without any hassle.
I’ve now received the product and have been really happy with the overall experience. It’s rare to see a company stand behind their customers like this, and it definitely made me feel confident purchasing from them.
Highly recommend based on the customer service alone!

I love YCZ fragrance
I love YCZ fragrance the midnight marine cologne is my favorite cologne i love the smell and the longevity it has i received so many compliments and since i enjoy the cologne i bought another YCZ cologne i enjoyed it some much is smells amazing and i bought my boss the midnight marine cologne for Christmas since he gave me compliment about it. And i will continue to buy more YCZ cologne.

The package was delayed and and then returned. when I checked why it said the shipping info was wrong. When I checked to see all the information was right. This was so disappointing.
