Refusing to refund broken digital products
I downloaded 3 mock-ups. One was working which I used. Two were not even useable, yet they refused to refund me. And did a sales pitch for their membership as their form of customer service. How can you sell something that’s unusable and then refuse to refund

Hi Anish,
Thank you very much for your feedback. We apologize that the mockups did not meet your expectations initially. We have carefully examined the situation and will definitely take your experience into account as we continue to improve our workflows.
We would love to assist you with the refund, but unfortunately, we are unable to do so if the mockups do not have any flaws and match their previews and description. This policy is explained in our Terms of Use. Please take a moment to review them: https://yellowimages.com/terms
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist you.
Best regards,
