Just received my order for the Sichuan gift box and all i can say is wow!!!. It arrived super quickly tracked all the way and was well packaged, the item itself just oozes quality, the box looks great and the products inside are amazing just bursting with flavour.
Well done Yep another quality product to sit with pride on the table at my next dinner party, if I don't finish them off first !!!

Tom reached out quickly to resolve my issue with the delivery. He explained the error they experienced with their site and gave me a refund on the delivery charge.

I appreciated they were able resolve this. It was unfortunate about my experience. I was unaware of the process time before delivery, as it was not clear on checkout.

I did receive the package, and unfortunately it arrived damage with a bit of a leak. But Tom quickly resolved this and offered to send out a new package and chilli pot.

I ordered a gift set on Wednesday evening and paid for next-day delivery, as it was a present. I was hoping to get it by the earliest Friday. The order was not processed until the following Monday, and I still do not know where it is.

I bought 2 bottles of these amazing oils at the BBC Good Food show in November. Within 1 week I had finished 1 bottle and have been savouring the second bottle. My fav is the garlic oil with beef. OhEmGeeee, you could put it on a flip-flop and it would taste amazing!

I have just ordered 6 more bottles, they will arrive in time for Christmas and help me elevate my Christmas dinner to a whole new level.

Bought a bottle of chilli oil with beef from the good food show and was it an absolute godsend. Layers full of umami with such a spicy kick. It elevates dumplings to the next level. Will definitely be getting more!
