I ordered my glasses on Jan 31, 2026. They shipped on Feb 5, 2026 and was suppose to arrive on Feb 9th. On Feb 13th, I finally got ahold of the company only to find out the glasses were shipped back to them. I requested to have them shipped by UPS, instead of USPS and was told I'd have to pay $18 to change shipping. On Feb 16th, I called them again and again told me I'd have to pay$18. I asked for a manager and was told, after holding for 10 minutes, that it would be 2-3 hour wait for a manager????????? WHAT???.
They finally agreed to ship by UPS but take another 24 hours to process the order again. I'm so F%^&*#G MAD and still have no glasses

Yesglasses had a vast variety of frames and lens color selection. The process is user friendly when ordering glasses online and both orders were perfect, no adjustments needed. Thank you for your superb customer service.

This is my new favorite online eyeglasses company! Very pleased with the quality of the glasses and the price. Great selection! Was able to get four pairs of glasses that I really like for less than one pair at the local optometrist.

Ordered 2 different frames about a week apart. Both arrived with the prescription WAY off. Left side was completely blurry. Took them to my local optician to check prescription and they were surprised how far off they were. I asked for a credit for the lenses so that I could take them locally, to a trusted professional. My only option was to keep them or send them back for a refund. They wouldn't even attempt to fix the issue. Unimpressed. You get what you pay for.

I own two pairs of Yesglasses. As much as I love these glasses they both just do not fit great. Both pairs are loose and move around when I move my head causing me to constantly adjust. Other than that they are great.

I loved the many frame options, as well as lens thickness and coatings. The size and fit descriptions made the selection process easier as well. My prescription glasses are perfect and arrived quickly in a well made case.

Yes glasses made it simple to order the glasses and they came fast! I didn’t need to hope I liked them once on because of being able to virtually try them on! I’ve ordered 2 pair already and because of the amazing prices I will continue to buy from them!

I've never ordered glasses online before...too much room for errors...but Yesglasses, I saw the style I wanted for the price I could afford..but I thought still too good to be true. They will screw up my prescription? mess up something? NO! They were excellent! My glasses fit perfectly and their customer service walked me through the entire process. Bravo, Yesglasses!

I ordered 2 frames with progressive lenses. Their products seem high quality and good value, especially with the various coupons they offer. One of the pairs I ordered didn’t work for me (poor fit and gave me a pressure point headache) and they responded quickly to my refund request, providing different options of a return or exchange. I decided to get a refund as you can only exchange once and I didn’t want to risk getting stuck with another pair that I couldn’t wear. The return process was simple. I am giving 4 stars only because they had my return for over a week before I received confirmation of the refund and had to reach out for an update. Overall, this seems like a great place to buy glasses online and I will order again.

Superb pricing for varifocals with transitioning lenses !! And delivered only a week after I placed the order. I can't get them that fast from the nearest high street !! No wonder people but online instead ! Plus they do many designs in smaller styles which I usually find really hard to find. I'm definitely going to order again from them. Very impressive indeed.
