Despite not being able to try them on, the glasses I ordered were the right size and shape for my face. The prices are very reasonable, and I get a lot of positive comments on the eyewear. Most importantly, these glasses are comfortable, they stay in place, and are very lightweight. I'll continue to order from Yesglasses.

I ordered one pair of glasses and got two; they did not fit and were not liked by the person I gifted them too. I was willing to choose another replacement but when I called the number there was no answer. I was scammed.

The glasses are serviceable for the money spent if they fit and the frame is not rickety. The customer service is horrible. I had two pairs of eyeglasses I could not wear - poor lenses and weak frame that kept bending out of shape. I can't get customer service on the phone. I've bought five pairs!

I’m very happy with this company and have purchased 3 pairs of glasses on the past 3 months. I have 2 of the 3 in my possession and am waiting for the 3rd to be delivered.
I don’t know what happened but while the last pair was already in quality check, I decided to check out my order for status and found that they were sending me black frames with green lenses instead of the clear grey frames with grey lenses I had ordered.
Unfortunately, they were unable to stop the black ones from going out but customer service was great. They told me to wait until they arrived and then let them know and they’d send a return address label and ship out the correct ones. To my surprise, when I called to do so, they said they’d send out the correct ones right away but there’s no need to send back the black ones, to keep them as a spare. Thank you. Very kind.
As I said, I like the company and the products. The only thing I wish they could do is make the sunglass lenses darker, even if they had to use a category 4 shade, which are the darkest made. While category 4 lenses are too dark for you to drive with, they’re great for outdoor sports. Personally, I’m not really athletic, it’s just that my eyes are very sensitive to sunlight, especially now that I’ve had cataract surgery on both eyes. My vision is great now but the sensitivity increased. So while I love the frames, these will likely only help me on somewhat overcast days.
I can’t find any retailers who use them with “regular” frames.Maybe Yesglasses will be the first?😉

These yes glasses frames are so sturdy& look great. The lenses are amazing. It took me several days to get accustomed to the transition lenses, but these are great glasses& you can’t beat the price. After getting used to them, I ordered prescription sunglasses as well.

THEY ARE 100% THE TEMU OF EYEGLASSES. I ORDERED A MAN SIZE PAIR AND GOT SOME RANDOM CHILD GLASSES. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. PROMISED TO SEND THE CORRECT ORDER THEN COMPLETELY CUT OFF COMMUNICATION. SCAM ALERT!

My wife and I both ordered glasses. They arrived in a timely manner. They fit perfectly and came exactly as described. In addition we had to request a specific receipt for our insurance company. Yesglasses responded very quickly and included everything we needed to get reimbursed. Great communication ! We will continue to buy our glasses here.

I have lost track of how many pairs of glasses I have ordered from Yesglasses! I was an optician at one time and loved having many looks. My prescription was bad so my lenses were thick AND expensive. I spent over $600 on one pair! With Yesglasses the options are SO MUCH better and far more inexpensive! Their customer service is superior. The glasses have been perfect every time!
