One doll was not the doll I ordered
I ordered your dolls because a friend had shown me the one for her daughter.
When I received my order one doll was not what I had ordered. I tried to call a number of times and the call was disconnected each time. I tried the support email and it would not go thru. I also tried to get back into my account and was told I did not have an account.

Delivery was good even in the final 2 weeks before Christmas. I ordered a large doll and also the new 12 inch baby. Unfortunately, the pacifier would only stick to the tip of the nose of the 12 inch baby. Very disappointing on Christmas morning.

The doll is gorgeous and my granddaughter loves it but the customer service is awful! I ordered my first one on December 6 and finally by the 18th I think it was I contacted them and they said we’re sorry the original one was gone but they never told me!! So I told them via email to replace it w/their suggestion, well I didn’t hear from them and it was getting close to Christmas so I reordered the second doll and what do you know, I recorded both dolls on the same shipment!!!! So now I have 1 myself 🤦🏻♀️

I was unsure about ordering from Yesteria, but I'm really glad I did. It was easy to order on their website, the doll was shipped right away and was delivered suprisingly fast! The doll is beautiful and high quality. My daughter loves it! Only thing I would suggest is paying the little extra for the gift box. Its worth it.

I like little George aka Dennis
I like little George, but I renamed him Dennis. The construction is a little off, There's too much stuffing in the chest that forces his head back a little too far. I forced the stuffing down so that his head is more at a normal range. I like all the hair, although I had to give him a haircut to make him look a little more boyish. All in all, I love him.

It was not the quality of the Ashton-drake baby dolls, but for the money it was nice. Of course, it didn't look like the picture, but most of them don't. However, the quality of the doll was better than a lot of the ones I ordered this year.
