My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. The product I received was not the same as the one advertised on their website. I documented the differences with clear photos and sent them to customer service, but they refused to acknowledge the evidence and insisted there was no issue.

When I requested a refund, I was willing to return the product. However, the company refused to provide a return address or return instructions, making it impossible to send the item back. They have effectively blocked the return process while denying my refund request.

If you're considering ordering from this website, be aware that if the item you receive doesn't match what was advertised, you may have difficulty getting the issue resolved. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company.

What I thought I ordered from the pictures was a hydrangea bundle. $30 later I received my order and was only 2 hydrangea flowers. Asked for a refund and they said no you got what you ordered. Don’t order from here because if you don’t like it there is no refund and you’re stuck with something you don’t like.

This is an update to a previous review. After playing this companies games trying to get a refund I called my bank and filed a dispute and got a full refund. So there is another avenue available to get you money from this scam company

Do not buy from this company. They advertise falsely. The pictures you see are not what you receive. They show a big beautiful flower arrangement and when it comes it is a tiny box with 4 tiny plastic flower sprigs. They also say that if your not satisfied they will refund your money 100%. They do not. You just get a friendly email that says you received what you ordered.

I ordered walkway flags that showed 4-5 feet tall. Got little sticks with a 2x3inch flag that you can get at Walmart for a dollar. Order 2 of the basket of flowers showing taking them out and overflowing with blooms. Received two little sticks with a few petals attached that you can get at Dollar Tree for $1.25. They offered me a 10% refund. When I finally received a return email address it was in Indonesia, even though I order from California. Do not trust this company.

The flowers were not the size as depicted in the pictures. The view was a 3 foot wide circumference how beautiful flowers but I received for small bunches of flowers with a 12 inch diameter very misleading

Actually less than 1 star. They shipped a small sprig of flowers but advertised a basket full of flowers. Now won’t respond to my requests for a refund. I have emailed them multiple times for return instructions but no response. Do not order from this company. You will be disappointed.

The ad shows a beautiful large hanging basket and when you remove the plastic, a massive amount of beautiful flowers cascade over the side. This is not what I received. I received eight scrawny stems of the worst fake flowers I have ever seen. This was nothing like it was advertised and it’s a shame they are allowed to continue to do business under this scam.

Do not buy anything from this fraudulent company. I ordered two hanging baskets and received a tiny box of flowers. They argue that the hanging baskets were just demonstration only even when they show receiving them in the mail? Each time I text them for my advertised refund I hear from a different salesperson which leads me to believe it’s AI . This company is somewhere in the USA with different addresses and Idoneshia for the products. You can’t talk to a live person so safe your money.

I would give them zero if it was an option. I ordered two of what I thought was going to be lush hanging flowers. What I received is two individual stems with a few flowers on them. Because their add claims a money back guarantee I’ve been trying to reach out to them for three weeks. They sent me an email saying they would contact me within 48 hours and I still have not received a response. I’ve emailed them several times and haven’t heard back.

I had ordered 2 hanging baskets. But to my surprise I only received 2 branches.
The e-mail I received to confirm my order showed pink hanging baskets (2) and they are working on my order. It also stated ‘if the product doesn’t meet your expectations, we will issue a refund.

Ordered hydrangeas in large planter and received 2 pieces of plastic trash. Told them I was getting my lawyer and credit card company involved. It took over a week and they started at 10% finally today I settled for product refund and 50% mailing refund. They are a scam and I am happy I was not the only person fooled. Yes what I did losing $3 was better than nothing at all

This is absolutely a joke!! It’s unbelievable the misleading advertising they give to customers, it is not even worth looking at. No full basket at ALL!! One single stem with few flowers on it! The return policy is unbelievable. The BBB should do everything they can to expose Yocosell! Please read the reviews!

This is a scam. I ordered what was advertised online as a large arrangement of flowers. I ordered two for a total of $24.97. About a month later, I received two little sprigs of flowers, which would have cost me about $3.00 in Dollar Tree. I e-mailed the company but go no response. I will be disputing the charge with American Express. Awful!!

Completely misleading and deceptive company. Shame on me for being defrauded by something too good to be true. You can get a better quality product at Dollar Tree. At least you can see what you are paying for there. This is why I do not like to buy online. They deserve less than one star. I’m sure no one buys from them more than once. If they do, that’s on them. That’s probably what they count on

They give you a fake tracking number which then leads to a site that they want you to pay to upgrade to see the tracking. It’s a scam. Nothing has been sent. I should’ve received it weeks ago.. it just a huge scam!

I would give it no stars, a complete financial scam. you think you're getting this huge bouquet, then send you a little sprig. they must have gone to Trump University, scamonomics.

If I could give zero stars, I would. What I ordered looked NOTHING like what was advertised. I emailed and asked for my money back. So far, they have offered me a 15% refund, which I told them was no good. I want a full refund including shipping, as I NEVER would have ordered the product if they didn't lie about the way it looked in the first place. Horrible China company and NO ONE should order from them. I hope they go out of business.

I bought a hanging basket and I was sent a tiny stem. I went through the right channels to get my refund that they said that they give 100% they would not give me a refund. They said that they offered me 20%. I wrote them a letter and said that wasn’t doable that this was fraud it wasn’t what I ordered. They came back then and said they would give me 30%. I have still yet to get any money collected from them I told him that wasn’t good enough. I wanted 100% like the ad showed. I would not buy from this company at all.

Wish I could provide zero stars. Buyer beware. Products not provided as advertised or as purchased. Stuff is total junk. My fault for not looking this company up first. Purchased American Flag Pathway Lights –for 250th Independence Celebration 🇺🇸
1 Set (4 Pieces). Received the 8 pieces instead, for which 3 of the 8 were broken. The flags were 1/2 the size advertised. I was duped. When I opened the box it was laughable. Didn’t even try to return since it would probably cost me more to return them in the end. Lesson learned!!
