Not unlike many of the negative reviews already on Trust Pilot - I have been with Eckhart yoga for 2 years - loved the app - loved the content - teaching is top class- my yearly subscription renewed in May just before Eckhart yoga migrated to Yoga Easy - then the problems began - my subscription keeps dropping out and then has come back for a short while and then dropped out again - the App says I have no subscription- then messages saying I have a month free trial - I have sent countless emails to their support team and never received an answer - it’s very frustrating and disappointing- at some point I will have to move on and forget this platform - accept that I have lost nearly a years subscription -Yoga Easy if you see this - I still have the love for the App - SORT THIS OUT - and I will stay!

I loved EkhartYoga and used to practice every day with them. The new YogaEasy is nothing but a soulless disappointing experience: the people who took over act and talk like a corporation, not a yoga studio. There’s no personal touch; older yet still excellent classes have been buried down their search engine and are now hard to find. This to me sounded so disrespectful to the amazing teachers who put together classes that have changed my perspective on yoga and life in general. That was the last straw and I left the platform.

Ich bin schon lange member bei Yoga Easy. Doch seit diesem Jahr ist es nicht mehr, was es einmal war! Sie senden mir ständig Mahnungen für die Mitgliedschaft, obwohl ich meine bezahlt habe und die Mitgliedschaft noch 9 Monate Gültigkeit hat! Für mich war es nun definitiv das letzte Mal, wo ich eine Mitgliedschaft mit Yoga Easy gelöst habe. Danach schaue ich mich nach einem neuen Anbieter um. Schade es war einmal richtig gut. Jetzt ist nur noch reine Profitgier dahinter!

I have been a member of EkhartYoga vor 12 years and when YogaEasy took over, the relationship started to deteriorate. Technical Support didn't answer e-mails, subscription couldn't be reviewed, saved videos and playlist disappeared. Then all of it reappeared, my subscription is still valid for another 3 months. But I receive an e-mail with an offer of one month free membership. I am surprised because I am already a member, I check my account: no active subscription, no subscription history, no saved videos or playlists. I am tired of communicating with them. I don't trust YogaEasy, and I miss EkhartYoga. EkhartYoga felt like a family and friends, now it feels like dealing with a greedy corporation. If you find any other provider of Yoga classes, you should stay away from YogaEasy.

Not enough live classes and not showing future classes so can't plan doing them as minimal as they are anyway, disappointed

The app for iOS has so many issues. The worst one at the moment is that you cannot exit out of the page (It’s on the top left hand side) and apple has their own green, yellow, red icon that overlays it. So you have to exit out of the every time you want to back a page. It’s so frustrating. I used to look forward to my yoga practice on ekhart yoga, now it’s like ugh I need 10 mins just to navigate the app experience.

I joined Ekhart Yoga more than 10 years ago and loved it and referred many friends to it until the last few months when it became the new YogaEasy. My saved playlists have screens that are faded out and almost unseeable, Descriptions that used to be given such as level or length of time are non existent or hard to find. I have written several emails and the response is always they are working to fix the issues and please be patient and kind. After waiting for the problems to be fixed I that aren't, I want my annual membership refunded. I have asked and have not received a satisfactory response. They are no longer the excellent platform Ekhart Yoga once was. Very disappointing.

Nothing but trouble since Ekhart Yoga moved over to YogaEasy. The latest problem is I've been locked out of my account for a month and all my Favourites are lost. They've been trying to restore it for a month apparently. They gave me temporary access to my account, but that disappeared after a few weeks and I can't get in again. My subscription lasts until October but when I asked for a refund they tried to persuade me not to have one, even though I currently can't even get in to my account.

They take your money. There is no yoga spirit. It is not possible to end a double subscription. The subscription that was not valid anymore by Ekhart yoga was back after 2 years by Yoga Easy without any explanation. There was no customer service available. What a bad experience. Think twice before you start a subscription for Yoga Easy.

I joined Ekhart Yoga 10 years ago and loved it - such a great variety of classes on offer with excellent teachers. I was worried when it changed to Yoga Easy but it’s virtually the same. Some of the IT is not as fluid but I think they are solving some of the glitches. It has mostly the same teachers with a few new ones to add variety. I can safely say it has added hugely to my wellbeing - physically and mentally, so a huge thank you to Esther and her team for providing an excellent yoga platform.

Great teachers (i love Gemma’s vinyasa and David Lurey) and lots of short classes to practice from home when no time to go to the studio. I’m glad i stumbled upon this app on the store !

Easy to use yoga app with lots of filters to chose the perfect class (duration, type of yoga etc.). I especially like Esther's classes and I also discovered meditation through Yoga Easy!

So convenient to have hundreds of practices of all durations that you can choose from. I especially love the programs, they helped me grow in my practice a lot. I learnt about the yoga philosophy, chakras, breathing techniques, mantras, how to build strength, pilates, Qi gong... And practicing from the comfort of my home is just perfect.

I really enjoy this platform a great deal!
The variety of classes and styles offered is impressive, catering to all levels and preferences. Whether I'm in the mood for a challenging vinyasa flow or a calming restorative session, there's always something perfect for me.
I generally love the flexibility of being able to practice anytime, anywhere and it has truly transformed my yoga journey. Highly recommend!

Easy to use platform, lots of very knowledgeable teachers, classes for all (different styles, levels, lengths etc.) I really enjoy the peace it brings me from my very own living room, and i wouldn’t be able to practice as much if i had to go to a studio.

Hi I am French but will do it in English. English I am 63 years old and discovered yoga through this platform one year ago. I had never practiced yoga before but the beginners program is ideal to start off with. I can now say i am really addicted to my daily yoga routine ! Even if not so easy to fit a class every day. I especially love the “21 morning yoga” program with different teaches and yoga types. But I haven’t tried the live classes yet
