The service etc. was all fine, so too was the delivery. Why 3*?
Well I wanted a carrying strap for my yoga mat. What I was unable to ascertain was the largest size the velcro straps would go around. My rolled mat was too fat and fell victim to an assumption about the mat’s size without actually specifying what that was.

I have improvised and can still use the strap but it’s not ideal.

For a ‘normal’ mat I’m sure it’d be great.

I have not received anything (order #1653). I received a mail saying it was on its way on Oct 28 with a tracking number P2G139359662. Since then nothing, and Evri does not recognise the tracking number.

To Order and let It come to Germany is much to expensive! I wouldn‘t do it again! I had to Pay Taxes, I didn’t Expect!
It’s sad! Because quality is very good

I chose the option to have my parcel delivered by royal mail but then I received a message to say that it was being delivered by Evri.

So I emailed to explain that Evri does not deliver to my area and I immediately received a reply to say that they had changed it back to royal mail.
I received my parcel very quickly by royal mail.
The product was exactly what I wanted and fitted the description on their website.

My first order and I’m 100% delighted. Gorgeous clothing suitable for yoga and dance. All items fit beautifully. The fabrics and finishes are top quality. Will definitely bookmark for future purchases!

Please reply to my 3 emails. One singing bowl does not sing. I suspect it may be cracked internally as it makes a clanging noise once struck. I have sent photos and video of this problem and awaiting a response since last Friday 27 Sep. I only completing this as you keep asking me to review yet you haven’t replied to my requests for a replacement or refund. With thanks.

Reported parcel hadn't arrived - no reply.
Evri tell me they'll tell them, but to contact them again - no reply.
Turns out a neighbour picked up from doorstep as we've had thefts. She ended up getting called away so I didn't get the parcel until late.
I contacted them to let them know - no reply.

Asked about the returns service - no reply.

Product expensive even at sale prices, items not very good quality on arrival.

I won't shop again after this experience.

Let's hope there's no an issue when it comes to the refund.

Items returned and confirmed delivered. Seller still does not reply. I've received nothing at all. I am currently £75.60 out of pocket. Which means I'll now have to open a PayPal case and wait another few weeks to get the money back.

The app just says "prepareing shipment". The order was at 18 August.

Fabulous yoga pants. They are so comfy and because of the high waist can be used for maternity leggings too. Fabulous material and look great on.

I have yet to receive the product (which I had not in the beginning, because the order confirmation information was far from complete, so I had no tracking number). But now I know where it is: in customs, where I have to pay an additional tax + handling fee. The tax should have been included in the first place so I would not have to pay the handling fee.
So I am not very pleased - feeling I am pouring out money without receiving anything.
Why not one star? - Yogamasti.co.uk were quick in providing useful feedback, and my guess is that they want to do well.

I had several emails about delivery from 2 different addresses. Parcel ordered 21st and delivered 28th.

Very happy with the service from Yogamasti Clothing. The two items purchased were promptly despatched; and, were received safely and undamaged.
Rather annoyingly, for some strange and unexplained reason, the carrier appear to 'abandon' the package at their receiving depot for six whole days before moving it on to the delivery depot. So, the depot-to-depot part of the journey (Nuneaton to Bristol) took seven whole days. Good service from the local collection and deliver drivers.

Ich liebe eure Produkte! Allerdings habe ich eine Yogahose bestellt und eine zweite dazu, damit sich die Bestellung lohnt. Die Hose die ich unbedingt wollte und bestellt habe wurde jedoch nicht geliefert,da sie in meiner Größe nicht auf Lager war. Das Geld wurde zwar rückerstattet. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, denn es wurde nicht angezeigt, dass meine Größe nicht vorrätig war, dann hätte ich erst gar nicht bestellt. Schade!
