Yokest Avis 

I was not smart enough to use Amazon and ordered directly through them. It took over 3 weeks to get my shoes: in a bubble wrap filled plastic sack mushed into my mailbox. They are too small. I sent pictures of the insole on a brannicks device and on a ruler to show them they are too small. I cannot wear them and asked for a refund. They want me to keep them and take a $5 refund. i offered to take $25 and donate them to Goodwill (less than half the cost of the shoes) and they said no.

Best to stay as far away from this place as you can get.
I ordered a pair of size 14 shoes. The shoes received were “marked” size 48 euro (that should equate to a size 14 US).

But these shoes are closer to size 12. The entire shoe, from tip to heal was only 12”. They were clearly mislabeled.

Then they provide no mechanism for returns...you buy it, you own it.
Lastly, while they pay for shipping, they don’t tell you the product ships from China and will take weeks.

Very bad service and runaround. Ordered size 14s for my husband. They came wrapped in thin plastic (no box or modicum of protection) The shoes were easily one inch smaller than my son’s size 12s. I photographed shoes side by side included the pics of size stamp (none on this shoe). The size stamp might even have been rubbed off. In their latest email they are asking for measurements — this is after sending numerous photos on inch grid background. There isn’t one stamp anywhere on the shoe that marked 14 or its equivalent.

I hate even having to give this company even one star. I only wish I had read the reviews prior to placing an order and that order was aided by the advertising on Amazon. I will be contacting Amazon to make them aware of this irresponsible company which is manufacturing junk and does not have a refund policy.

I ordered a pair of shoes 3 months ago. I have not received anything but excuses. I am reporting them to The Better Business so no one else will be scammed.

This company was/is also selling as KAAUM. Avoid at all costs. This is a very slick scam website and I also notice their ‘goods‘ are popping up on amazon under randomly named shoe sellers using the same shoe promotional pics. Very very poor quality goods eventually despatched from china.

I have waiting for my shoes for whole month they are coming from China and they are still coming from China it's joke it's scam don't order anything from them at all(They finally came in paper and wrap with tape very unusual way packaging but they look good for the money I spent on them just took to long it worth the wait!!

Dreadful company ordered a pair of shoes and they were too small but am having to go through the mill to prove that my husband takes a size 10 and that the shoes ordered don’t fit! Have had to send photographs and now they want me to measure my husbands foot to prove that their size 10 is wrong - really!!!! They do not want returned goods no matter what their policy says - do not order from them!!!!!

I have been waiting on a shipment from Yokest for almost 2 months. I was told by my local USPS that it is most likely stuck in customs. Yokest is good about responding to my emails, but they continue to request that I keep waiting. Shipments from China should not take this length of time to arrive to the US. I would think twice before buying from Yokest, unless you're willing to wait for months to receive your item.
