I have not taken the supplements, yet. However they must not be all that good, as they slyly tac on a subscription without informing you of during the purchase process. Whenever a company does that, their product is normally garbage!!
After receiving my purchase receipt, I wanted to immediately cancel the second shipment/subscription, but it states that you are not able to cancel until your second payment. If you cancel earlier they will charge you full price for the product… Which ends up being more.
I feel exploited!! I am upset that now I have to spend all of this time to get my money back!! I am calling them to cancel on Monday. I might be writing another review to let you all know how that goes!!
I do not appreciate this… It feels like extortion/ theft!!

All these 5 star reviews on the US Trustpilot are mostly not about results, but "hope it works!" Or "Easy to process/navigate my order."
It's not only another gimmick, but even as they guarantee a full refund before 14 days, they don't go through with it and actually make you pay more for canceling from autorenew.
When I reached out they said drink 1.5 L of water daily, eat foods high in fiber, lean meat,
vegetables...essentially a diet in itself. Why would I need these supplements for anyway?
It's worth to mention that I'm also on various medications and hadn't consulted any of my doctors if these supplements would interfere with my health, both mental and physical.
Now I'm stuck with a 6 month supply of supplements I ordered them when I was drinking 🍸 🙃
At least they canceled any further shipments and now I'm awaiting that they delete all my data.
However, if by some miracle, I do experience any kind of difference, I'll update my review and/or rating.

Do not ever purchase from this company! They will not stop sending you a subscription even though you have already canceled it. And then they try to tell you well I’m sorry it was a promotional item and we can’t give a refund on that. They have done this to me three times now!

I am extremely dissatisfied with both this product and the company’s customer service. The product did not agree with me, so I canceled my subscription and clearly requested that I not be charged again.

Despite this, I was charged an additional $18 after already paying $35. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful, dismissive, and provided inconsistent information. I was even told I was not on a subscription, which makes the extra charge even more concerning.

I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly, but the company refused to issue a refund or take responsibility for the charge. This lack of accountability and poor treatment of customers is unacceptable.

At this point, I am requesting a full refund of the $18 charge. If this is not resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.

I would strongly caution others before doing business with this company.

This product does not work at all. I bought a 3 pack, thinking it would take more than a month to be effective. It has done nothing but increase bloating, wreck my digestion, and done the exact opposite of what it claims to do. Also, don't fall for the money back guarantee, it actually cost me $45 to cancel since I had initially signed up on a subscription and cancelled before the 2nd purchase due to the product being worse than useless.

I have been having stomach issues and I saw Bioma and it sounded really good. I read the ad and didn’t see anything about it being a subscription or if you take the discount they offer you’re stuck for at least another shipment. It didn’t work for me but I didn’t worry because I didn’t have a subscription. At least I thought I didn’t. But this morning they charged me for 3 more bottles that I have no use for. Plus I still have a bottle I never opened. Maybe I can sell the 4 really cheap to someone that wants to try them. But they’re definitely a scam. Their product didn’t work and there’s no satisfaction guarantee. Be smarter than I was. Don’t buy it! But if you must go to Amazon. At least that way you don’t get tricked into more product whether you want it or not!

Very deceiving first time pricing. It’s all about the subscription. I don’t trust this company.

These supplements claim gut health and weight loss - but I gained 5 lbs in the month I took them and my guts felt horrible. Terrible pain and gas constantly. I took as directed: 2 capsules a day with a TON of water. I also tried the gummies "for additional" help - but those made it worse and I stopped after 5 days. Then when I tried to cancel the subscription and get my money back I couldn't. In "the fine print" you have to pay for 2 months - or full price on your first shipment - to cancel; and there is no "money back guarantee". Total scam IMO

I tried the bioma probiotic and the sleep metabolizer, and 0 results after 2 months. So I stopped it all. When I tried to cancel my subscriptions, of course, it was try it "some people don't notice results for 4 or 5 months and to give it a little longer." And like they they say, no, "it's not cheap". I would not recommend this at all. I feel like I got ripped off!!!

They gave me a four-bottle discount that could be returned within 10 days, but how could probiotics make me sick? Let me give them a good month. I canceled, but they said they couldn't give me a refund because of the 10-day rule. Fine, why send me another order without prior notice and charge me again? Now the fine print says, I can't cancel or return because of the multi-product agreement. If the medication didn't make me sick, I could accept this, but why should I keep garbage? They won’t even take it back.

I tried Bioma. I purchased 3 bottles. I took it for months without any changes. None. One day another 3 boxes arrives. I don’t recall signing up for a subscription so I emailed the company. They said they cancelled the subscription but wouldn’t give me a refund. Don’t waste your money. Bioma didn’t work for me.

absolutely no customer support in the return process. I chose a 30-day supply to try and then get another bottle sent out to me at full price a month later. when I reached out to inquire they swore that I chose a monthly subscription which I know I did not. now it's a fight to get my money back so beware because they will try to scam you! thank God my credit card company protects me. buy or beware try at your own risk and as I'm reading other reviews some people opted for a lot bigger quantity and now are stuck with it because it made them sick. the poor customer service is enough to make me not want to ever buy this product again regardless if it would work!

I purchased a 6-month supply of Bioma thinking I was simply getting a bulk discount—turns out it was a hidden subscription. When I canceled shortly after, I was 6 days past the narrow 14-day return window and was charged full price for all 6 bottles. I now have 5 unopened bottles that I cannot return.
To make matters worse, the product made me so sick I had to stop taking it under my doctor’s advice. I contacted customer service and was met with rigidity and indifference. No flexibility, no concern for health impact, no reasonable resolution offered.
This experience felt deceptive and predatory. I trusted Bioma to help with my gut health, and instead I was left out of pocket and physically unwell.
Buyer beware.

I took this product for 90 days with no noticeable effects on anything. Then when you cancel your subscription because it isn't doing anything for you -- they charge you $36 for canceling. It was a total waste of my money. I am especially concerned that they are now claiming in addition to be some kind of GLP1 booster. They make a lot of claims about helping a lot of different things.

I have celiac disease. This product claims to be gluten free, but it made me sick. So I would say not safe if you have celiac disease. I can not speak to any of the claims they make about weight loss, but they did respond to me, & issue a refund when I returned the product.

I am in my second bottle and have not lost a single pound. Has not decreased cravings or appetite. I do not recommend for weight loss. I am going to be cancelling.
