I placed a order beginning of oct and have e mailed and have chatted on there web page and i have not received a reply scammers.

Awful customer service been waiting nearly 3 weeks for an order no emails to confirm order all you get told is up to 14 days very abrupt no emails to say it’s on its way feel sorry for the reps having to explain to there customers this is not the first time I’ve had problems with an order which to be told reps get dispatch emails which is a load of rubbish shame because I love some of the bags on there hoping to find a replacement company

Do not buy from this site! Ordered a dress over a week ago and had no correspondence from them. Despite me sending countless messages and commenting on their Facebook page about my order!

Scammers ordered a dress 2 weeks ago got no email nothing

Ordered a dress three weeks ago and still waiting, scammed me and still haven’t got my money back and not answering my messages

1 star is too much .. absolutely the worst customer service. Ordered an item over 2 weeks ago .. not received. Nobody replies to any emails or messages. Absolutely avoid at all costs. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM

Do not order from this place! They take your money and never send your order!!

I order a item , they took my money. Sent me a tracking number. Received my package which was only a plastic bag with no items. Do not buy from them. Now they are in the process of changing there web site to another name.

I ordered 2 dresses off this company about 4 years ago and sent them back and never received my refund. I complained on social media and was blocked. I can't believe they're still getting away with this.

Bought and paid for clothing £145.95 on the 15th Aug 22 and it still has not been delivered - absolutely disgusting service and no response to questions of where it is

This company is the worst company ever, very bad quality they didn't sent what I wanted and I was missing a item. Its a scam.

I order a dress they took my money and i never received my dress! I email them and send messages via facebook no reply from them i messaged them on instagram no reply and now they have blocked me do not buy they are a scam

Only put 1 star as no option to put 0. Absolutely shocking company (if they can call themselves that) sent an item back and NEVER received a refund, even sent official letters threatening court as i was disgusted with their blatant refusal to respond to me. Still nothing. Since been blocked!

DO NOT ORDER FROM BARGAIN BOUTIQUE
The items I received in June 2021 were unsuitable so I sent them back for a refund. I have never received the refund and after me sending many messages asking for it to be processed they have now blocked me!

I ordered an item - didn’t receive an email confirmation but my monies were taken ! I have waited 4 weeks and contacted numerous times to no avail ! Help needed to get a refund !

Took the money for a dress, 3 weeks later dress still not arrived. Have chased via email, Facebook, web page and messenger with no response at all. No acknowledgement at all. I have reported them as fraudulent sellers. DO NOT USE!!!

DO NOT ‘BUY’ FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY.
They took the payment out of my bank account straight away, yet I’ve had no email confirmation despite messaging them on Facebook and filling in their ‘help’ part of the ‘website’.
This has been going on for 2 weeks. With me emailing/messaging them everyday to get an update.
Absolute scam, unfortunately I paid via my bank and not PayPal, so I have put in a fraud claim with them, but I’m not hopeful of getting any money back.

Scam site. Send rubbish that someone has returned. No labels and shockingly bad quality. You return it at your expense and they send it to the next fool.
Haven’t and most likely won’t refund anything.
Don’t be fooled like I was.

I ordered a jacket from here last year and they took the money out my bank and I still haven’t got it I have emailed them multiple times but I have got nothing back from them so I wouldn’t buy anything from them
