My experience with Ratandeep has been excellent, primarily because he brings a rare combination of emotional discipline and sharp execution to his coaching.

Managing multiple fronts in business and life left me spending too much energy just trying to hold things together on my own. Working with Ratan helped me step back and build a solid internal framework. What he does well is create a safe, honest space for self-reflection while maintaining a high level of accountability. He helps you identify triggers, manage your energy intentionally, and approach decision-making with clarity.

He is incredibly disciplined, dependable, and brings a lot of heart to his work. For anyone looking for a grounded, highly practical coach to help them reach the next level, I highly recommend his services.

His curriculum is very structured and unique and he goes out of way as well with extra sessions to get the desired benefit which client is looking. Till now after completing the course i am getting extra follow up sessions and access to mastermind group which makes me revising the concepts time and again and clear the doubts. You get the payback with the increase in payscle, new jobs etc as you manifest so the results are quite mindboggling.

What made my experience great with Ratandeep was his manner, expertise and knowledge. He was able to uncover some major obstacles as to why I was not confident in my career pursuits. He introduced me to NLP and Law of attraction and the takeaway of our session EDR. I highly recommend Ratandeep to anyone seeking transformative and leadership coaching. I was very satisfied

Initially I was new to the idea of Life Coaching & Felt hesitant to go ahead with it.

However once I started with Ratan sir, it was no looking back.

In 3 months of training I identified so many things that were going against me and not helping me at all. Like I had a guilty feeling, I used to curse myself for not achieving things, However later after Training I identified that this action of mine was not helping me grow, rather it was taking me down. Nowadays I am feeling more positive.

Other things that helped me is Non Judgemental Meditation, Writing down my Vision, Decisiveness Framework etc.

So overall value for money and would definitely recommend others.
