Disorganised, poor communication and full of mistakes. I would really recommend avoiding. I would have been better off on my own

Paid £600 for my company's first accounts. The filing process required an authentication code, and when I couldn't locate it, I was simply directed to request a new one - with no mention that accounts could be submitted by post as an alternative. This option was only raised six weeks after the filing deadline had passed, by which point Companies House had already issued a £375 late filing penalty. I ended up paying more in penalties than I saved by using an accountant in the first place. Wouldn't use again.

I will write a genuine review about the service I received. It was slow at first, and I was worried I hadn’t chosen the right company for the job. I wasn’t in a rush, so I decided to wait quietly. After some time, my case was allocated to Frankie, and that’s when everything started moving much more quickly.
I can’t fault the service she provided. She was very attentive, always available to answer any enquiries I had, and easy to communicate with. She was knowledgeable and made the whole process much smoother.
So far i can say that I am glad i chose them!

I paid 7k for a confirmation statement. Asked for a refund. Ignored me. I was suicidal.

They are not helpful, don't believe what they say and the other reviews, stay away from this lacklustre company, got main staff like B (Sztka) who needs better communication skills and need better equitable skills for us customers to save money.
