I booked in for an Echocardiogram , the clinic is set in a lovely Golf Club, in lovely relaxed surroundings, i was shown into a consulting room where i was met by Riaan who performing my test, he made us feel welcome and relaxed, he talked through the procedure, and explained all the noises and what he was doing, then when i could see the screen he showed me all around my heart on the screen, this is well worth the time and money ,no waiting, no fuss, clear speak with no medical jargon, i was given my results straight away which i was grateful for, putting my mind at rest, thank you Your Heart Scan, and especially Riaan and the staff, i will be back for another check up in the future

Professional, but friendly and such an essential service. I was treated respectfully and put at ease immediately. Received results quickly and given the reassurance needed. Can definitely recommend.

Clare was excellent. I went just to check my heart was in a good condition for the exercises I am doing . She gave me peace of mind to carry on and enjoy all my classes . Would highly recommend.

Recently had an echocardiogram with Claire who provided an excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend for piece of mind, as waiting on the NHS can take such a long time. My results were sent to me by email the next day. Claire was lovely to talk to, very knowledgeable and explains her findings at the end of the appointment. After a 3 day stay in hospital the cardiologist requested an Echocardiogram and a 3 day monitor, Their waiting list was 10 weeks!!
Found Your Heart Scan online, what a find, Booked an appointment for 3 days later, had the Echocardiogram, was fitted with the monitor which I posted back 3 days later and the results were e-mailed to me 48 hours after, all in all 6 days, what a service.
Would like to mention the reception staff for kind and friendly welcome and for making me feel at ease. As for Riaan who did the Echocardiogram he was exceptional, he explained everything as we went along in terms that even this layman could fully understand. Thank you all, you certainly have my full recommendation

I decided to book a private echocardiogram scan after having a few health problems and suffering with palpitations as i have a thickening of the septal valve on my heart ,my scan was with Riaan Nieuwoudt he made me feel at ease and explained everything to me and reassured me of everything would highly recommend going to him

Two weeks after receiving my results from the 24 hour ECG, my GP has still no received any results.

Yesterday I arrived an hour early to allow for any traffic problems and was taken to the lovely restaurant and offered a tea of coffee. On time I was called into Claire's relaxed room where she carried out the scan and after gave me a clear understanding of her findings. This afternoon I have received the written result with all the details. I have also opted for the 7 day ECG which she fitted before I left and I will post it back after and await the results. I was very happy with the experience and glad I had read other reviews on Trustpilot.

Following Flu & Pneumonia I was still extremely breathless 8 weeks later, we tried to get the NHS to do an Echocardiagram whilst I was in Hospital, even though it is well known that Pneumonia can leave you with heart issues they ignored our requests.
This is where Heartscan and Claire stepped in, easy to make an appoinment at short notice, thoroughly professional in what they do followed by a full explanation and reassurance that everything was ok, highly recommend.

She explained the heart, how it works and how mine is working in such simple terms. She is so patient, understanding and professional. Me and my wife left the appointment so impressed and so much more knowledgeable. From booking the appointment in the telephone, to receiving a full very detailed report to give to my doctor within a couple of days appointment was Friday 4pm, I received my report on Sunday morning- fantastic service from start to finish. Very efficient. This is the second time I’ve used the company for an ambulatory BP monitor. The equipment arrived within a few days and I was kept informed of progress. The machine is easy to use and return and very affordable.

At the age of 68 and feeling quite healthy, I had been thinking that it would be a good idea to have an Echo/ECG as a benchmark for my future heart health. I also wanted to find out more about an issue that had been noted on a routine ECG several years ago. Visiting my local golf club in Branston for a meal, I was surprised to see that Your Heart Scan was offering this service (and more) right on my doorstep!
I booked an appointment with Claire (there was plenty of availability for different days and times). When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and seen on time. I am prone to a little anxiety but this soon passed as Claire was very kind and respectful and the consultation room was warm and cosy. Claire gave me an idea of what to expect from my results, which I received sooner than expected. I feel reassured by the report but even if it had raised serious concerns, I would prefer to know sooner rather than later. I will continue to stay as well as I can and repeat the tests in about three years. Thank you to Claire and the team at Your Heart Scan.
