I had my boiler installed my Your Heat and pay for the annual service. I have never had any issues with Your Heat, services are always easy to book and the technicians are always thorough and friendly and explain everything really well.

Exceptional service from beginning to…

Exceptional service from beginning to end. Having approached other companies locally for quotes on a new boiler system Your Heat where the most professional from beginning to end. From the original site visit and thorough evaluation of my existing set-up, recommendations were made, and benefits explained. None of the incessant banging on about their time at British Gas or the intrusive what do you do questions?

Your Heat took time to understand what I wanted and discussed other potential improvements that could be made. As well as the boiler replacement I had a couple of radiators that needed attention for faulty valves and leaks, this prompted the conversation about the slightly wonky radiator in the hall which they offered to rehang whilst doing other work.

The engineer (James) who came to do the work was brilliant, he kept me informed of timings and was extremely positive and friendly throughout the 2 days, made sure he addressed every element of the install, including that former wonky radiator.

Service like this has to be experienced to be believed, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use Your Heat in future.

Always brings the heat

YourHeat replaced my ancient gravity fed boiler system: cylinder, tanks and all with a spanking brand new Worcester Bosch combi boiler just over 2 years ago. Installation was done to a very high standard so much so, I have them servicing it annually. Even when I encountered a minor issue with the boiler, they replaced the faulty parts in good time.

I could not recommend this company highly enough.

Boiler Service - 1st Class from Your Heat Ltd

Your Heat Ltd was contracted to service my boiler as part of my Worcester Bosch annual service schedule. The process to book the service was incredibly easy, and was offered a number of dates to ensure the appointment was convenient. The engineer arrived on-time and even called when 30mins away to provide advanced notification of his arrival. The engineer proactively put on shoe covers to protect the carpet and worked with great care and attention. The engineer was incredibly polite and professional and I would highly recommend Your Heat Ltd to anyone wanting a first class service!

Boiler Install

Had a boiler installed back in April, unfortunately after a few months we hit a minor snag which meant our boiler had to be switched off. Your Heat were brilliant in arranging prompt repair, service was resumed, fantastic service!!

Saturday morning and my hot water isn’t…

Saturday morning and my hot water isn’t working with 2 kids in the house and I am panicking. Call Tom at yourheat he very kindly comes out to me within the hour and has a look at my boiler. It’s dripping with water and absolutely had it. He gave me a very reasonable quote for a new one and books me in for a couple of days time thank god! One of his staff came to fit it with minimal disruption to my day. I am so happy with the service I’ve got from yourheat will absolutely recommend and use again (well hopefully I won’t need them) thanks so much 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I contacted these guys to install a new boiler and 5 radiators.

The engineers arrived on time and kept my house lovely and clean.

Beyond delighted with my experience and have a lovely new heating system

A catalogue of unprofessional mess ups

A catalogue of unprofessional mess ups and absolute nonsense.
One of THEIR engineers measured up for new radiators but got it all completely wrong. I caught one of these instances as they quoted a 800mm rad when it would be replacing a 1345mm in a very cold room, with thick concrete walls. I asked them to change it.
Then comes fitting date. Get a phone call to say the guy "had forgotten his tools and so couldn't work that day"
Right, so now we are out the cost of a day's wages, which being self employed is horrible.
Rearrange, stupidly. I should have twigged at this point this wasn't going to go anywhere near smoothly and just cancelled and found a plumber who doesn't 'forget' tools!
Cut to yesterday and the horrendous and unprofessional circus show happening in front of me.
One man turned up, he said he needed two. Can't do the work! Nope, I am not having MORE time off. I am not losing yet more money to incompetence. He says he'll go and do a job elsewhere and come back another time, I say nope. (Do they want to work even?)
Then the other radiator was 200mm out. They blame us, tell us WE sent measurements over whatsapp which is nonsense. I tell them repeatedly that THEY measured up, they refuse to believe me. Two hours later the guy is still wandering around not doing anything, my family are telling me to get them to leave and find a professional locally but the guy refuses to go, so I had to call my husband to come home. Now two of us aren't being paid, but as a woman I am NOT being listened to as now I am being ignored in my own home, frustrated and irritated that this is a sheer circus.
In the meantime, hubby calls the office. Manager T decides to come out from Maidstone and bring the correct size radiator.
As the husband gets here, first guy decides to spring into action and actually start changing the rad that is the right size (the one I measured and corrected in estimate)
All this time I am on the phone to my dad and mum (both high up in construction themselves) and they are furious.
It took EIGHT hours to do a simple job. Complete farce from beginning to end.
Then the insult is added.
Grace calls for payment. At this point we are x3 wages down, had our day obliterated, not been listened to, bad measuring, manpower issues, you name it.
We ask for consideration for a discount, she 'says' she'll try to speak to Manager T but can't (what a surprise) and so we had to pay in full and they'll discount a small something directly.
No discussion, not a word about the circus, the let downs and everything. Not interested, just want the £££££, regardless of what rubbish they'd put us through, refusing to leave and so on.
AVOID for anything apart from boiler installation, servicing, repair. It just isn't worth it, and then the insulting non conversion at the end.
Oh, and they left debris in the communal areas, all their waste pushed under my bed, and bloody great big stains on my wool fibre carpet!
Finally, the rad that Manager T said to the engineer was NOT upside down, IS upside down! The smooth finish which curves from the side to the top and holds the grill in, is at the bottom!
This company are now refusing to be in contact with us despite assurance from G when she called wanting money!
Do NOT recommend. Avoid at all costs!

It is now Friday, I have been waiting since Tuesday for them to get in contact with us, at this stage I imagine they don't want contact. In which case, cancel the direct debit we have with you for the yearly boiler services, and refund the money you are holding for the aforementioned servicing, as well as the PROMISED discount for the catalogue of mess ups, damage to my carpet, upside down radiator, etc, or we WILL be forced to take this further.

What you have written here isn't a true reflection of the discussions you have had with Martin, my partner.

Sept 2nd: Came to fix the issues they had left us with, made more mess ups! They want to come back yet AGAIN after today to replace the radiator so the grills and sides will be the right size for this radiator.
Tom is impossible to speak to, full of excuses and blame for others and is really quite patronising (I now understand why he wanted to talk with me and not my partner) They won't discuss a refund despite us now having numerous days off work and being messed about unbelievably.
If I could give zero stars it would be too many. I am disgusted by the incompetence and unprofessionalism.

I fully appreciate your frustration with the points raised, whilst the office have kept you informed, my annual leave has delayed our response to you. For this please accept my apologies.

As discussed with you, I was disappointed with the journey you had with us, this is why I put measures in place during your appointment to personally attend with the replacement radiator and to speak with you personally to reduce any further delays. Following my visit to you, I am however a little disappointed these points we're not raised with me and I am only learning of this now as per this review.

Customer experience/journey is incredibly important to me, which is why I respond to ALL reviews personally as the owner of the company. I'm honest in my/our approach and we are always happy to be held accountable if we don't meet our expected standards. Having spoken with you again and agreed to a revisit along with a gesture of goodwill, it saddens me that you wont speak further, to gain a further understanding of where we can improve things and rectify any issues with the equipment installed.

Your partner has my personal contact and I'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you both and hopefully restore your trust in us, as it's incredibly important to me.

My heating packed up on Sunday

My heating packed up on Sunday. I have to young children and didn't have heat or hot water. Tom from sales assessed and offered boiler options, arrange fitting and took payment all on a Sunday via WhatsApp. True to his word the office called Monday to arrange fitting for the Tuesday. Tom the Engineer arrived after the school run as we requested. He removed the old boiler without any issues and fitted our new boiler. His attention to detail had not gone unnoticed by myself. I could clearly see he took great pride in his work. He explained to my wife how the system worked, cleaned up as if he wasn't there and left all in 5 hours.
After researching many company's and not knowing what way to turn Your Heat came to the rescue.
We now have a brand new efficient boiler, Hot water and Heat, and two happy children
Would I recommend? 100%
Thank you Your Heat for a 5 star service from a 5 star company!

My oil heating boiler of about 34 years…

My oil heating boiler of about 34 years finally gave in and started leaking and needed replacing, I obtained two quotes, the better by far was from Your Heat, Tom, the boss, accessed my requirements on visiting and quoted me on the spot no fuss just knew what was required, the second quote from a multiple in Kent was more expensive and complicated, apart from a few delays due to Covid, the work was carried out just before Christmas 21 it took two days to complete the installer (Alfie) was a real professional and new exactly what was required, was friendly and tidy, all in all a good job, I would recommend this company every time for a personal and efficient service.
unfortunately the rubbish that was left after the installation was not collected and although I was able to recycle most of it I am left with a bag of brick rubble which I am unable to dispose of

New Boiler Installation

After waiting and being messed around for 4 months by glowgreen and being told there were no oil boilers in the country I called yourheat and a new external boiler was fitted within a couple of weeks. Can't rate this team highly enough keep up the great work

Two times no show

I booked Your Heat to service our boiler for the 25th May but they had overbooked and couldn't come. Tom very kindly called and guaranteed they would visit the next date available - 30th of June. I had a call from the engineer on the day advising he was late. I stayed at work for an extra two hours and he never showed or called. Tom later advised he couldn't park as it was residents only but we have a parking building on our street. I would not use or recommend as unreliable.

Superb service from Tom.
Called him about a problem with my fridge installation - AO had failed to connect the water supply properly. Tom talked me through how to fix the issue from the comfort of his desk saving call out, time and effort. Can’t recommend him enough

Prompt and Efficient service!!

I have had a great experience with Your Heat. Their prompt and efficient service is the best I have ever had.

My boiler stopped working on Saturday morning probably the worst time for it to breakdown! After a quick call to Your Heat and running through some troubleshooting over the phone, the engineer, Dan, managed to attend my house later that day. Boiler back up and running within 30 minutes!

This company is showing the competition how it is done! I would not think of any one else for my boiler service and maintenance needs!

A great find!

The company well and truly came to the rescue. An engineer was with us within the hour after I made the initial phone call and quickly gave us the prognosis. A professional, friendly and efficient service was offered from start to finish (which was the fitting of a new boiler and thermostat system). I would recommend without any hesitation.
