Heights is NOT Pure Magnesium Glycinate
Misleading Advertising – This Is Not Pure Magnesium Glycinate
The advertising states one ingredient only: magnesium glycinate.
In reality, this product is buffered, not pure, and contains approximately 13% magnesium oxide. This is not clearly disclosed in the advertising and directly contradicts the impression given to consumers.
I had to ask multiple times, across many emails and messages, before finally getting a straight answer about the presence of magnesium oxide. This information should have been provided upfront, not uncovered after persistent questioning.
This lack of transparency has completely put me off this firm. Consumers have the right to know exactly what they are putting into their bodies, and ingredient disclosure should be clear, honest, and immediate.

I would recommend trying to see if it works for you. It took me about 2 months before I really started noticing a difference and was tempted to stop, but glad I didn't.

I’ve been using Heights for a few months and they have improved my general wellbeing. I’d been no Mounjaro for 7 months prior to taking these supplements and felt I was lacking in all sorts due to a very diminished appetite!!! As much as you try to eat a good balance it’s important that the seriously lacking vitamins are supported and Heights have been fantastic….. would highly recommend.

I’ve only started taking the vital for under 2 weeks.
I’ve only started taking the vital for over a week but I have noticed, particularly in the last four days that I struggle to go to sleep and I’m experiencing shortness of breath. I’m giving a break as I’m quite concerned by this.
