Bad management!
The office is beautiful. I was there for 3 years. In that time, we lost air conditioning, electricity, flooding in the women's bathroom and elevator not working.
Those things are fixed but it seemed there was always something.
My deposit was held hostage from March 2022 when I gave the keys back to Dec. There was always one excuse and another.
Management is very rigid and in your business. You will never know who the owner is to complain.
But its a beautiful place in a great location.

excellent office location for small businesses
Lynda and the staff has always been so responsive and helpful, had an office there years ago, then virtual address, now an office again. Such a convenient location, the space is modern beautiful and always sparkling clean.

YourOffice Ballantyne is a great place to work. It’s a friendly and professional environment and the team is always willing to lend support. They will go the extra mile to be more helpful; I really cannot say enough positive things about the team. The office space is a quiet place to work but if you want to meet people, the team organizes a lot of events during the work day to encourage everyone on the floor to get to know one another. They have great conference room space as well and it’s not difficult to find a space available when you need it. This office offers everything you can need or want.

This is a beautiful office space. I've been with YourOffice for 3 years and I have enjoyed my time with them. Unlike some other spaces, it is quiet and professional. Machele Rowe and her staff do a great job of making the tenants and their clients feel welcome. I highly recommend this space.
