During the generation process, it is important to remain on the preview screen until the conversion is completed, otherwise the result may not be displayed successfully.
Since our service allows customers to preview a demo result before deciding whether to proceed, each customer is provided with a limited number of demo attempts per day. Once the daily attempts have been used, please return after some time to create a new preview.
It is possible that the page may have been closed unintentionally while the image was still being processed, which could explain why the result did not appear. We hope this explanation helps clarify the situation.
