My dog was showing his age(12 year old…
My dog was showing his age(12 year old greyhound). I thought I would try canine prime as he was struggling to get up and had become a bit shaky on standing. Had tried several other products without much success. This has really made a difference in just a short time. Would recommend

We have a cocker spaniel who was constantly scratching at her ears.We had copius amounts of ear drops from the vet-all to no avail.It got to the stage where she was,literally taking chunks out of her ears-blood everywhere.Saw Canine prime online,checked out all the reviews,and took the plunge.Within a week,her ears had healed-her coat was glowing.We stopped the powder for a couple of weeks-the scratching started within 8 days.Put her back on it-hey presto.That was 6 years ago.She will be 11 this year,and still runs around like a puppy.Thank goodness for Canine Prime.

One very happy fur baby mummy…
This product has been great for both my dogs,my little dog 15 nearly died last year was looking for something that would help him and came across the pure cane so decided to give it a try started to notice a difference after about a month,he became playfull started to enjoy his walks again ( dosen't go in his pushchair even on long walks)his coat is shiny,poo is firm my vet can't believe the change in him.My large dog is in great condiction as well.

Their Canine Prime product is really good and effective
I've been using Canine Prime for several years for 2 dogs both of which have sensitive tummies. It's really helped with digestion and I feel it's the equivalent of us taking vitamin supplements/probiotics. Even if you feed good quality or suitable foods for dogs with digestive issues (one of mine had chronic pancreatitis) this supplement definitely supports that diet and leads to decent poos and less sickness.

I've been searching for a solution to…
I've been searching for a solution to my dog's waxy ears and frantic scratching for some years and felt helpless as nothing has ever worked. So I was not really expecting a change but was willing to take the online deal and I'm happy I did. During the month of adding the pre- and prebiotic powder to my dog's bowl I noticed her ears drying up, the scratching is a lot less and her stool is perfect. She's clearly feeling a lot better, has more energy and seems better balanced overall.
The reason for not giving 5 stars is that the product is very expensive for someone on a small pension. So to keep my dog healthy and happy I have to make tough decisions that impact my own health and happiness. I hope the product price can come down.

As I said in my last email, I have accepted you are NOT going to refund me. At this stage i feel powerless, I have returned the products in good faith, provided you with proof of shipping, to which you say you did not receive. So as I said above, I accept you are not going to refund me.
I have wasted alot of time plus the extra expense of shipping which I had never intended doing until YOU replied to my review, sounding very emphathetic, asking me to “please contact our customer service, they will help with the refund”. And as they say the rest is history.
I feel Trust Pilot should make customers aware of all customer experience, good and not so good. My review, as I have experienced is, Accept if you are not happy with your purchase, which sadly was making our little doggie sick, you may not get your refund regardless of what their advertising states. This has been my honest experience .
But maybe if package ever turns up you might review my case again.

I returned, as requested by you, all product to the stated address, some weeks ago. I heard nothing. I chased up with another email. Getting a bit of round around now. And then today I receive a email asking for feed back on how they did resolving my problem…
I returned your product in good faith at my expense, provided you with photographic proof of shipper, that you would honour your statement “GUARANTEED MONEY BACK WITHIN 90 days” . Customers need to be made aware that this is most certainly not the case.
Most disappointing the whole experience.
I guess buyer beware.

First of all, I’m really sorry that this has been your experience. I completely understand how frustrating this must feel, especially after returning the products in good faith and at your own expense.
I just want to reassure you that we always issue refunds once returned tubs are received back with us. That has always been our policy, and we absolutely honour our 90-day money-back guarantee when the return reaches us.
Unfortunately, when we search An Post using the tracking number you provided, no information is coming up for the return, which means we’re unable to locate or confirm delivery on our end. Because of this, the best next step would be to contact the courier directly to ask what has happened with the parcel and to confirm its delivery status.
As soon as the return is received and scanned in with us, we will of course process your refund — we always refund once we physically receive the return.
Again, I’m very sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience this has caused. Please keep us updated on what the courier says, and we’ll be more than happy to assist further.

A spoke to a person on the phone who was vary mannerly and professional. Milo is 11 years old and a little rescue terrier who is now living his best life.He came to us from Dogs Trust in a little bit if a state when he was 7 and never been walked. His coat is getting softer and he loves Canine Prime

Exceptional result
My border terrier is 10 and can be fussy sometimes. Her energy levels were also quite low so I tried Canine Prime and she absolutely loves it on her dinner at night.
Plus her energy levels have improved a lot! She bounds along on a fast run every walk now instead of me having to encourage her to even come on a walk. Highly recommend.

My 2 cats are fiv+ve
My 2 cats are fiv+ve. I gave this to my 4 previous rescued cats that lived long healthy lives. These two cats are benefitting from the 40 selected ingredients in Feline 40 and I firmly believe it is genuinely helping. No symptoms from the fiv. My vet commented that you really wouldn't know they were +ve. They are older cats and were feral for a long time. Fighting happened a lot. That's how they became +ve. Walking Mountains …
My dog is 10 years old and has been suffering from arthritis and is so sad to see. I started him on this (Canine Prime) and saw a difference within two weeks, he is moving, walking, running without pain and is like a young dog again. Feline 40 scam refund policy
Terrible company to deal with , I was persuaded to purchase 3 pots of Feline 40 as there was a 90day money back guarantee, my cat refused any food with it on , so I thought that's not a problem I'll return it for a refund, well within the 90 day refund period.
That's when the problems started they provide you with an address that doesn't accept parcels, surprise surprise so my 3 pots of Feline 40 have now been sat in a sorting office for nearly a month!!
This company refuses to do anything about it even though royal mail says they will have left them a card to arrange redelivery or collection, but I don't suppose they want to do that because they'd have to refund me !!
SO BEWARE don't get taken in by their 90 day no risk money back guarantee!!!

I am already seeing subtle improvements.
My dogs have been on Canine Prime for three weeks now, and I can see some subtle improvements in both coat quality and energy levels. However I do find myself a little confused. I had hoped that this product could be used to replace some of the supplements I was already using, yet now I am receiving marketing emails from your company for additional supplements. At this rate, I will be spendinv mire on supplements than on their quality food!! Another concern I have is that the powder is very fine and sticks to both the scoop and my fingres, causing wastage. This may explain why the first tub did not last as long as it should have, despite the fact that my dogs started on a lower dose.
