Dead plants on arrival …
I received three plants for these guys and two were dead. I don’t think their plants are the problem but they haven’t figured out shipping. Won’t buy again

Hello, and thank you for your review. We were on holiday during this time, so we are unsure how you would have received an order from us as we had no outgoing packages during Christmas/New Years. We take this time to rest as it is not an ideal time to ship plants with the closures and delays. If you did receive a package with damaged plants from an earlier date, we would love to help, but cannot do that unless given the opportunity. Please reach out to us ASAP so we can locate your order and find a resolution. If you are not happy, neither are we!

I always have an excellent experience from start to finish! Any questions I've got about the plants and their care were answered thoroughly so I could judge what's a good investment and the packaging was impeccable as always. Even with delays from the carrier they arrived in wonderful condition!

This is my first and will definitely not be my last purchase. I’m an avid collector and I must say; Stacy is stellar at packaging and really shows the love of her plants and care as it extends to someone like me as a customer. I have been searching for a scindapsus rubicon for some time now and I was able to order the cutest little rubicon and a beautiful green veins. I am in love! They arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.
