After completing a survey & discussing my dissatisfaction with Your Tea's customer service, they TOTALLY FIXED EVERYTHING. One of the kind reps sent an awesome gift to make up for my order mishaps. To be honest, I truly love this tea & have told many friends about it. I still planned to order even had the issue not been resolved. Thanks Your Tea!!

I love Your Tea. The flavor is great, the endless health options, and the cafe flavors are all excellent. I don’t like buying tea anywhere else.

I don't really see a difference or feel a difference so far.. and I’ve already finished the liver detox and I’m finishing up the last of the probiotic tea.

I have loved drinking Your Tea every day and enjoy that it had become a part of my routine. The ordering process was simple and quick, and I received my order in great condition and in good time. I love that there are usually deals going on because that lets me try new products and get more for my money! Overall I am so happy with Your Tea and know I'll be drinking it for years to come :) If you are on the fence, the smaller packs with multiple types of tea are great! I started with one and found my favorite that way.

tons of people swear by this help them loose some weight and the boating. It didnt help me but I like the flavor so Ive finished mine very happy.

I was really happy with my first order from Your Tea and loved the tea that I got so much that I made another two orders. Since making my second order 6 business days ago and my third order 5 business days ago, these two orders have remained appearing as unfulfilled in my order history, not shipping tracking number received and when I contacted the company on 3 different occasions I got 3 different answers regarding the status of my orders. I am still very confused and frustrated with this...

I have been ordering Your Tea for 4 years now and don't plan on ever stopping. I have sampled most of their blends and have nothing but great things to say. I've recommended it to 3 friends and they all thanked me for introducing it to them, it may be pricey but they do have sales 2-3 times a year and that's when you buy in bulk! The conformation order number/tracking number doesn't operate efficiently most the time but you get your package in 3 days generally. I'm impressed with this company.

Love the products and customer service reps are very helpful. However website is sometimes confusing, especially when multiple discounts are being offered. My problem was that the code for VIP member discounts was emailed to me AFTER I had completed a transaction, so the purchase had to be re submitted.
