They no longer want to pay

They no longer want to pay. I have completed so many surveys so far, at the end of the survey there will be no submission the page will just be stuck there saying survey complete. And if it's like this the points will not be created. Last time I had the points credited in my Yourview account was early last year

Not happy anymore.

I used to be very happy with YourView- they actually paid out. I was able to get many takealot vouchers with them. But for the past 2 months, there are no more rewards to choose from. They say they are working on more rewards for us. They don't communicate though. They keep sending me survey invitations. But why should I do them if I can't get my rewards? I don't have time to waste, waiting on them to fix the reward issue.

Been a member of YourView for…

I've been a member of YourView for years and have been able to purchase many things i wouldn't have been able to afford through their reward system! Plus, if I need emergency airtime, I always keep some points, if possible, for that occasion xxx

I have been with this site since 2012…

I have been with this site since 2012 and it has been the best. Until last year when they closed all forms of communication and responses. They have been using peoples time to earn money and not reimburse. You cant even comment on their social media accounts. I hope cimpanies see this and distance themselves from these scammers

Your View Survey Panels is a total scam you will participate in their survey and not get rewarded, the is no communication from their side even if you send them a query they wont respond to you , stay away from this panel

My experience with YourView has been…

My experience with YourView has been nothing but positive. Their surveys are always topical, relevant and suited to my profile. I agree though that they don't respond when you contact them - this is something they must address. However, I have never had a problem cashing out to vouchers which are always instantly settled from their side. Overall I am extremely happy with YourView and think they are one of a but few very "superior" survey platforms. Keep up the good work!

Follow Up, NO SUCCESS!

After years of participation in Enlighten Panel surveys, I keep getting a message that my login details are "incorrect"! I keep requesting the change of details as prescribed, but when I try to login again the next time, the same message repeats itself! I keep asking for assistance, but just get computer-generated responses each time, requesting me to login , which I CAN'T!! Can someone please ask Yourview South Africa to assist me this time? I would apprecuate your assistance in this regard. Thanks,

Thanks for your reply, but PLEASE! Can't I just email/ post an ID to someone? Scanning and forwarding is just not working for me! Surely there's another way to "verify" it's me? I CAN'T reach or contact Tjhe Panel Station, to get myself active there again! PLEASE help me! qxviljoen

Disappointed with YourViewfrom KLA and Avid

I'm totally disappointed with a research company named YourView, their app is written Avid and they are under KLA. I have gained points from completing their surveys and when it was time to receive my rewards which were 2 airtime vouchers I didn't receive them and nor did I get a reply from them. They have a time frame of 24 hrs before one could receive a reward but in my case 4 days have gone by without me receiving both airtime vouchers I requested. Also, I don't understand why one has to wait 24hrs for airtime, shouldn't the company have voucher tokens ready for their participants?

Since this platform migrated or created…

Since this platform migrated or created an app there are so many problems with it, I received a cash voucher with no pin. I sent numerous requests to have the pin sent to me, it is now almost 2 months without a response from them. Has the platform crashed or what? Their website was not broken but it was migrated to a non functional app. It is rather disappointing.Please do not change what is not broken, it is rather frustrating.

DISAPPOINTMENT

I HAVE BEEN A PANIST OF YOUR VIEW SURVEYS SOUTH AFRICA FOR OVER 2 YEARS. THEY RECENTLY UPGRADED THERE WEBSITE AND REQUESTED PANELIST TO MIGRATE TO THE NEW PAGE BY ADDING ALL THERE INFORMATION AS THEY DID BEFORE WHEN THEY FIRST JOINED ON THE PANEL. EVERSINCE IMIGRATED MY ACCOUNT TO THEIR NEW WEBSITE I HAVE ENDLESS PROBLEMS . I HAVE ACCUMERLATED ENOUGH POINTS TO BEABLE TO REDEEM. I HAD TO CONTINUOSLY CONTACT THERE SUPPORT TO PLEASE ADD MY POINTS TO THE NEW MIGRATION PAGE IT TOOK AVER A MONTH BEFORE THEY EVENTUALLY RESOLVED IT..I THEREAFTER STARTED RECEIVING SURVEYS AND HAVE TAKEN MY TIME AND EFFORT THAT IS VERY PRECIOUS TO ME TO COMPLETE THOSE SURVEYS BUT TO DATE AFTER CONTACTING THERE SUPPORT CENTRE I HAVENT RECEIVED IT AND I AM STILL NOT ABLE TO REDEEM MY POINTS . I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER PANELIST ON THIS SITE ARE EXPERIENCING THIS PROBLEM. THE NEW MIGRATION WEBSITE IS TOTALLY UP TO NONSENSE, AND THERE SUPPORT AGENTS CANT RESOLVE REQUSET SO WHAT IS THE POINT OF EMAILING US WITH TICKET NUMBERS WHEN THEY CAN'T RESOLVE PROBLEMS FOR PANELIST THAT HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR YEARS.
I GIVE 2 STARS FOR THIS SITE , ANYONE WHO WANTS TO REGISTER ON THIS SITE SHOULD WAIT UNTIL THE WEB PAGE IS FULLY FUNCTIONAL WHICH HASNT HAPPENED IN THE LAST 4 MONTHS. I AM REALLY DISSAPOINTED .
