I had a genuinely great experience with BudgetTravelUK and felt well looked after from start to finish. What stood out most was their care, efficiency, and the way they truly put my needs at the centre of everything.
When my initial flight was unexpectedly cancelled and the new options came with a higher price, I was understandably stressed. However, the team acted quickly and professionally—within no time, they secured me another flight and even covered part of the additional cost difference. That level of support and accountability is rare and made a real difference.
The service was not only efficient but also warm and compassionate. I felt heard, reassured, and supported throughout the process.
A special shout-out to Alex Parker, Senior Travel Consultant, who handled everything seamlessly. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Overall, BudgetTravelUK is doing an excellent job in delivering customer-focused service, especially when things don’t go as planned. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for the exceptional support we received from Alex Parker during what was an incredibly stressful time for our family.
Two weeks ago, my mum suffered a mild stroke. As you can imagine, this put us all under enormous emotional strain. She had been scheduled to travel to New Zealand a week later, but due to her condition we had no choice but to cancel her trip and wait for medical clearance before rebooking. It was overwhelming trying to manage her health, our concern for her, and the travel changes all at once.
When I first spoke with Alex, I expected a difficult, complicated process—but instead, he immediately put us at ease. Alex was understanding, calm, and genuinely caring. He reassured us that everything could be handled smoothly, and he stayed with us every step of the way.
Throughout the entire situation, Alex kept in close contact and made sure we always knew what was happening. His kindness even went as far as singing me a little song at one point—just to calm me down. It was a small gesture, but it meant so much during a time when we were all under tremendous stress.
My mum has now been given the all-clear from her doctors, and thanks to Alex’s efficient and compassionate support, her new flights are booked. She will finally be reunited with her family here in New Zealand at the end of February.
Alex, thank you—truly—from the bottom of my heart. Your patience, professionalism, and genuine care turned a very frightening and stressful situation into one we could manage with confidence. You held our hand when we needed it most, and you went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out perfectly.

The A/C has not been working for weeks…
The A/C has not been working for weeks now, it’s ridiculous, you cannot even breathe in there, especially someone who suffers from asthma like myself, I’m not sure why this is not getting fixed as we pay good money to use this gym, it’s had the same miserable staff for yrs now who are very unhelpful, im sorry but I will keep giving 1 star until the service improves.
Air-conditioning
There needs to be proper air con that is turned on . Someone will end up passing out .it's disgusting. Too hot in there in summer .too cold in winter .myself. my husband .son and girlfriend pay to go .but won't be doing if this does not change

No facilities for cleaning your machines and members put their nasty mouths around the drinks fountain, toilets are always a mess in the mornings when I use to train, and members blow their nose in the showers and it's all aver the walls of the shower. DISGUSTING HABBIT.
After attending as a guest
After attending as a guest, I have not been able to unsubscribe from frequent emails. This is illegal under GDPR regulations and no way to run a business, Also, despite the gym being quite big it seemed to be missing some of the basic equipment. A simple shoulder press? ... also an abductor as well as a separate adductor. I may have missd them but I had a friend with me who also couldn't find them. So I haven't been back.

Customer service is top notch! When through the "Live chat" and "Skype" options on the Yourwebsite web page and their Representative responded within the minute. He walked me through and helped me sold my problem very quickly.

All of my support tickets are responded to within one hour, so you can be assured of a timely response and quick resolution to your issue. Superb features, service, and quality. I've had many, many hosts over the years and so far Yourwebsite is the best.

The services offered by Yourwebsite are far superior to my previous hosting service, which I had for more than a decade. Contact with sales, technical support, and billing has been prompt and pleasant. I can't imagine receiving better service from any webhost regardless of the price. And those of you that think $9.50/month is a little pricey, you either haven't been around long enough to remember the cost in years past, or you've become jaded by the low cost (and low service) hosts.
