Not great experience. My package supposed to be delivered more that two weeks ago. Still waiting. Definetly won’t order again.

Not great experience. My package supposed to be delivered more that two weeks ago. Still waiting. Definetly won’t order again.
The delivery was supposed to arrive on the 26th, but today is already the 27th and I still haven’t received my package. I contacted customer support, but they said they couldn’t help in any way. This is very disappointing, as I was expecting a reliable service. Communication and responsibility towards customers clearly need improvement.
Ordered a Nuptse on cyber monday for 240€. They send me a womans version, when i ordered mans. (Triple checked my order). They told me to send it back and if i still want to order a new one. Now the nuptse cost 350€. Could have just ordered on ballzy, or aboutyou for the same price. I told them the situation, they told me they have a policy and they cant do anything else for me. I told them the lithuanian laws, they immediately told me too buy a new one for 350€, pay the entire price (now in total 590€) and send the womans one back. When they recieve the jacket and i pick the new one, they will refund me the diffrence. I did just that and they send me a complete knock off nuptse, i contacted them again and now the old deal is off and all they can do again is give my money back if i send the items back. Just a complete nonsense. In sitting with a fake nuptse and in a minus of 590€ because of they’re fault 2 times and now they are shutting me off, not offering any help. Contacted the authorities.
Just stay away from a company like this, i never thought a company worth 50million+ would do such audacious things to customers. Oh and btw they dont even care that they have a fake product in their website. People were reporting this fake nuptse for atleast 2 months even from germany.
Placed an order on 25-10-13, today is 25-10-29 - still not delivered. In the past, they would deliver in 2-4 days. What's going on? I don't need the item anymore as I got it somewhere else, but their support can't cancel my order as it is still "in transit"
Everything went perfectly! Product quality is great, and support team is very helpful.
Worst customer service - very rude woman on the phone.
It's very unfair and misleading to play with words like this. When I purchase a product and select the option to pay on delivery, it means I expect to pay when the product is delivered—not beforehand. By forcing me to pay before delivery, you're breaking the agreement I made with you when purchase. This kind of behavior feels like cheating and is completely unacceptable.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Zalando. I ordered a Desigual coat twice, and both times the process was riddled with issues. First, the sizing on their website was misleading—there was no indication that the manufacturer’s sizes didn’t match standard EU sizing. As a result, I ended up with the wrong size twice. Delivery times were also much longer than promised (10 days instead of 4), causing further inconvenience.
When I raised these issues, Zalando refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation for the confusion, delays, or inconvenience. To make matters worse, the price of the coat has now increased from €149 to €249, making it impossible for me to reorder without paying significantly more.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and their lack of customer care is shocking. I expected better from Zalando, and this situation has seriously shaken my trust in their service.
Terrible costumer service! No understanding or help whatsoever.
Made a refund of 3 items.From my 3 different orders.Left a paper inside with a note of order numbers.
Zalando stated that I refunded just 2 items.After a while,they found an item.
However,started to prove me that I had a refund for the 3rd item I send on the 30th of July when I send them ,this item at the end of August.
Wouldn't refund me money and wouldn't help me to resolve this matter.
Then silly me,ordered from them again! As I saw one bag I own in different color on sale.The cost of a bag is 340 Euros on sale!When I opened a bag,I was in a state of shock.Stiches of a bag were so amateur and completely different from the original bag I own.
Inner part of a bag nylon instead of a leather,the back straight instead of curved line,zip plastic ,chain made of plastic instead of real chain,magnetic lock so cheap.Bag itself all folded,looks like made of cardboard.The worst was the smell!! Like cheap,fake chinese bag.
If I wouldn't own the original bag,I would just think that its poor quality bag.
When I can compare two bags one next to each other,its so obvious that Zalando send me a fake bag. Even my friends family members think the same after I showed them this bag I got.
I have been a client of Zalando for the past 3-4yrs and never had an issue before.
Since the May of this year,quality,service and all together became horrible.
Fake bag made up my decision completely not to buy from this page.
I avoid the companies whose partners are Itella, regretfully I also include the company Zalando in this list due to logistics.
Only had good experience with Zalando, especially happy with the delivery times. The clothes get delivered in only a few days
It is very often the sizes match quiet randomly. Like the shoe of size EU39 is different for male (23.5 cm) and female (24.6 cm) - whatever you can find in Internet. And Zalando does not specify clear size.
So why can't they just use single unit of measurement like centimetres or inches instead of taking manufacturers irrelevant sizing?
Their clothing size also vary greatly.
Two thirds of the items I shop there are sent back due to wrong sizing.
Zalando's customer service is virtually non-existent if you want to ask for measurements.
Good service, but I don't get why I had to pay customs as it seems they ship from EU...
This is not the first time I am ordering from Zalando and choose my parcel to be delivered at my HOME address. The delivery partner Itella without any notice (phone call or text message) choose to deliver my parcel to be collected from the Smartpost which located far away where I live. This is 4th time when Itella choose to deliver to the Smartpost rather than my home address. When I am contacting Zalando.lt customer service they apologise and asking me to redirect the parcel by myself on the Itella website. Last time I tried to do it but the parcel has not been delivered to me and there were no news what happening till I finally went to collect it after a week. the same story happened just now. I reported this to the Zalando.lt customer service help, but the lady Anastasija Ilginienė from the customer service suggested that I will deal with it directly with their delivery partner - Itella by myself and fill the redirection form online. This shows how Zalando.lt does not care about their customers. I am not planning to shop any more at Zalando.lt
