Byres Rd Glasgow. Wow tiny wee portions. Server took ages to make up order.. measured what looked liked a teaspoon of sour cream. Many better places in Westend you don’t have to wait in a queue and labour over choosing each bit of food you choose. Giving 2 stars as she seemed like a nice enough pleasant girl, even though she couldn’t speak up over the huge counter between us. Had to keep asking her what she was saying. Wont be back. Students probably would love it.

Charlotte and team at Zambrero Chelmsford have been amazing. Organised a birthday party for my son and eight of his friends after school. Everything was spot on - I pre-ordered the food which was ready upon their arrival and they boys thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the food!

The service was good and the food was delicious. However, these were completely negated by the tiny servings they offer. When I asked for an additional helping of tomato I was told they would add on to the price! there are multiple hidden costs and I dont think you get your money's-worth at all!!

Had a burrito at Zambrero in the Glasgow West End and it was genuinely delicious. They were really generous with the fillings and the flavours were fantastic. The staff were polite and even checked if it was alright for a new team member to make my burrito, which was totally fine. Everyone has to learn somehow, and they did a great job.

Glasgow store opened up and being a big burrito fan I was excited to try. Honestly, this was the worst burrito I have ever had, after a few bites I had to accept how bad it was and throw it away and I HATE wasting food. To start, the guy serving had clearly never wrapped a burrito in his life, he fumbled, could not close and just gave up, wrapped it in foil and I was left with a leaky, squidgy mess. Next, the rice is plain boiled rice, no seasoning, cooked in stock or any mexican flavours attached, Lastly, I am heat fan, so wanted the spicier version, but my god...who thought peach was an ingredient for burritos...red chilli, plain rice, chicken and peach flavour. And £11.95 for the experience.

Toby provided exceptional service with a vibrant and enthusiastic attitude. He assisted me with areas I was unfamiliar with and offered clear explanations, a refreshing change from the impolite employees I encountered before.

WOW WHAT I CAN SAY BURRITOS OFF THE HOOK. Was doing some work for zambrero replacing till system and tried a burrito and wow, black rice was so soft and fluffy and the same with the white rice, salad and hot sauce absolutely spot on. Customer service was excellent, big thanks to Dan, As-ia and Hernan for their hospitality and polite and friendly nature. I will be going back asap and I recommend anyone to try it. Prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes.

Reading branch is amazing! The food is by far the best Mexican delivery I’ve ever gotten! So, so good😋

The Reading branch is wonderful. They always greet us really warmly and the food is fresh, excellent, with generous portion sizes. Our favourite burrito spot in the UK.

Excellent service. Super kind. And the best variety of foods for vegans and vegetarians I have ever seen.😀😆

Service was amazing was so enthusiastic and energetic, Toby helped with things I didn’t know about and explained unlike previous employees who were rude.

Just visited Zambrero Birmingham on Colmore Row. Quick service. Clean. Nice ambiance. Good quality ingredients. Affordable price. Highly recommended.

got free one from doing a review for local reading one got accussed of already having free one but that was from when it first opened where they was handing out free ones and then accusing me of using different emails etc for the app won't be going back again after this as I told them how I got free one but they didn't listen.

Sent wrong size explained only one scoop of of meat in big burrito which is terrible rude staff hung up on me I feel order should been replaced not going back again very unhappy especially over Christmas period £34.00 for two small burritos and small nachos ripped of completely never again

The most disgusting thing I have ever eaten and the staff in the Loughton branch were extremely rude but big mistake coz I am a food critic and I will not be recommending this store

How disappointing this new company has turned out
I wonder how long it will survive.
I was offered a free sample as a promotion tried it thought it was ok so today went in ordered the same it was prepared and ready to go but when getting to the girl at the checkout SHOCK HORROR I was told card only no cash accepted and had to leave it and walk out at it was probably binned.that’s custom you’ve already lost we won’t be returning and be discriminated against because I don’t have a card most elderly and vulnerable people will struggle with this approach you have to accepting cash..I know COVID will be the come back excuse..I noticed your shop has a girl doing the till only along the production line of 3 people so why can she not simply hold her hand out take money and put in till and hey presto we can all get back to normality..
