I bought shoes once from them, it was OK. The second time the shoes fit really weird and I wanted to return them. Although they claim to have a return policy, they do not do returns. They instead offered to credit my account with 80% of the cost of the shoes. I was unable to get the refund, after six attempts to work out the kinks. They gave me the same instruction every time I contacted them, and they don't work. It's probably an account operated by AI. Be also aware that once you order something there is no way to cancel an order.

AVOID - do not buy from these people, they are crooks - I bought my first pair of shoes ok (although they weren’t in a shoe box, just wrapped in bubble wrap which was odd) - I stupidly then bought a second pair. They sent me the wrong shoes, then I had to chase for 3wks to get a resolution and they finally told me to mail them to a US address (and pay for it!) or I could keep them and they’d refund me 30%!! I asked for a full refund, as I’m not waiting longer, and a returns label / postage given it was their error sending the wrong shows… needless to say, no response. They are appalling, please don’t waste your money!

Please read the reviews and DO NOT order from this site. it's a total scam. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. The shows wreaked of plastic upon opening and the shoes are not leather and do not look like the photos. They will offer only a small discount off to keep them or require you to return them (at your shipping cost) to Turkey. There is no winning with this one once you make the purchase, the quality is poor. I promise you, it is not worth your time and good money to purchase from this site. I don't often take the time to do reviews, but it's really so unfair.

The product quality met my expectations and I’m happy with my purchase overall. However, the shipping took about three weeks, which was longer than expected. If delivery time improves, it would easily be a 5-star experience

It was a mistake to order shoes from this company. The quality is poor, the fit is uncomfortable and they smell of cheap material not leather. The company advertised as American but the address given to return the shoes is in Turkey. It would cost $70 to ship them back with tracking (their requirement for refund). Don’t buy from them - it is a scam!

Easy to order. I was not aware the product was coming form China. Once I found out, I was leery about the quality, especially for the price. However, the shoes finally arrived, and the quality if good. I can't wait to wear both pair that I ordered.

Gorgeous shoes

Sizing is off and very different from how they list it when you go to buy the item. Leather is nothing like the type of leather in the picture. If you go to try and return the item, you have to send it to Turkey to get a full refund. Or they offer minimal discounts to keep the item. It’s a complete scam. Do not order anything from this company.

Worst company ever. Do not buy from them. The shoes look great online but are very cheap knock-offs and while they say they will refund within 30 days, they will not. I tried to return something within a two-week window and they will not refund me, they will only offer a 30% credit towards my next purchase. I have followed all of their requirements but they are holding my money hostage.

Shoes don't look anything like the photo. I orderd the Arla flats in apricot, which are shown as having a lovely rich leather color that is darker around the toe and lower part of the shoe, giving it a burnt brown color fadign to a neutral. The shoe received looked NOTHING like that. While they are leather, and comfortable, it was just plan light tan - kind of cheap looking.

Terrible quality … the shoes smelled like they were dipped in a strong chemical. I had to throw them out. I wanted to return them but to do so , they gave me an address in Turkey although they were mailed from China. Definitely not an American company …

These shoes are stunning! I’m ordering more in every color. The leather is just as soft as it looks in the pictures.
