Once they get your money they don't care..
They messed up colors on my sign and refuse to reimburse or send me the another sign. I send them the pictures and sign looks completely different from the preview that I confirmed. Their answer is that I agreed and they can't do nothing about it.

BROKEN SIGN!! BEWARE
We were very excited to order the sign. Then it shows up broken. The box was not damaged yet the sign was shattered on the side.
There solution was just to not communicate about it. They did not resolve my problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Outstanding Quality and even a better price by a long shot
I was working with 3 companies to find the best bang for the buck. I started to feel like I wasn't going to get what and started to feel overwhelmed. I was then introduced to Zanvis. Thank goodness.... I uploaded our logo and needed to ask for help to see possibilities. I got a response within the day with a revised template and it was perfect. I was so happy that I ordered it right away and I didn't need to see anything else. What I love about their signs is that you can see a print logo without the lights being on. The other companies I was looking with only had the tubes for the lights and they wanted double the price. I received my sign 3 weeks after me confirming the sign and it was very well packaged with no damages. I highly highly suggest working with Zanvis. I already have done the research so I saved you all the wasted time. I couldn't be happier.

Signage arrived unusable
I explained I am a global signage provider and was looking for a sample of your product to display at conventions. The product arrived broken. I sent pics and received feedback that I could likely fix it after watching a provided video. I’m a VP of a global branding company, not a signage maker. I ask how to return it to be repaired or receive a refund. Instead I received another reply about how I could likely fix it. It is unfortunate as I could have “likely” placed many orders but not if product arrives broken and can’t get it fixed.
It is now 18MAR26 and the only responses have been for me to fix it myself. I have asked for an RMA to return this sign for credit if you are not willing to replace or repair it.
