How it worksTo get started, fill in a short online questionnaire about your health. One of our doctors will review your answers to make sure the treatment is safe and right for you.
They look carefully at your health history, symptoms and any risks before making a decision. If the treatment you’ve asked for isn’t suitable, they’ll suggest a safer option or explain what to do next.
Most reviews are completed within 72 hours. For some treatments, like weight loss, it can take a little longer if more checks are needed. If your treatment is approved, it will be sent to you from our in-house pharmacy within 1-2 days. Next day delivery is available for many treatments at an extra cost.
