If I could leave no stars i would!!! So....ordered presents on next day delivery for my sons birthday.next day delivery did not come even though evri said they had received my parcels. Day after no delivery and no update from evri. Tried to contact footasylum obviously can not speak to a human with this company.sons birthday came and past so had to go to jd sports to spend more money on late presents. Contacted foot asylum every day for 7 days. Same answer each time...we are checking this for you please drop back in and waste your time the next day then the next day and so on. Then to be told a week later after demanding my money back that will finally process a refunded and will get in 5-10 days. Spent hours every day trying to contact footasylum and evri. I hope I will receive my refund but not convinced. They knew evri misplaced parcel pretty much straight away but did nothing.customer service absolutely discusting practically had to beg for my money back! And evri....what can I say apart from parcels do not dissappear "after" they recieve them 🤔 this is the 4th time my parcels have been as they say "lost". Footasylum you should be ashamed of yourselves uour customer service is horrendous

Disgusting
As my parcel from zavetti was delivered in an unsecure place it went missing, when I contacted them to tell them that evri has said I would have to get a refund from them the reply was no as it was delivered and they were closing the complaint. Who was it delivered too as it wasn't me, I had to pay for an item I didn't get and my grandson certainly didn't receive his birthday gift, and no help from zavetti, please shop somewhere else as there is definitely no customer satisfaction of even any help, basically get lost, well done zavetti 👎👎👎👎👎
Zavetti — WORST Customer Service
Zavetti has had the WORST customer service I’ve EVER experienced, and this is not just me saying that.
Initially, I ordered a jacket from Zavetti, it arrived two days later — great.
This is where the problem kicks in, I take the jacket out, inspect it for damage as anyone would if they paid such a price, you would expect the item to be in perfect condition.
I check the jacket out, the main zipper ALWAYS got stuck, the lower right pocket was literally RIPPED. I’m like, alrighty, no problem, it happens.
I contacted Zavetti through email literally as soon as I opened my jacket and found the defect, uploading photographs of the defect. Guess what? I still haven’t received a reply.
I then contact Zavetti through their Facebook page, where responses are clearly a little faster. Again, I upload the defect, let them know what is wrong with the jacket and I requested a replacement.
They sent a replacement, and oh look! Another defect! This time it wasn’t a hole in the pocket — it was a hole right next to the hood! This is where I got annoyed, two jackets, both are damaged and defective.
Again, I contacted them for a refund. I provided the defect of the second jacket but uh, they ask where the defect is… which I pointed out to them where it was.
At this point, they just started going in circles, I ask for a refund, they say provide a picture, I ask for a shipping label, they ask for a picture again, I just cannot be bothered anymore.
Plus, the nerve they have to make ME pay for the return label (which I won’t be doing as the item arrived faulty, it is not up to my own will) is just absurd. I will take legal action against them if they do not respect the government laws for trading and business.
As of now, while I am writing this, it still hasn’t been solved — this has been going on for more than 3 days.
This is one joke of a customer service, needs resembling. Now. And fast.

Everything is well hidden for returns.

Ordered a coat for my son’s birthday, didn’t receive the delivery and Zavetti completely unhelpful.
After weeks of non response, I had to raise a claim with my credit card company.
Unnecessary headache and so much time wasted.
Ordered coat before Christmas never received
Order a coat before Christmas from zavetti actual website was dumped on my door step by time I got home from my day job it was no longer on my door step why they dont get a. Signature for a investment piece that not exactly cheap I dont know . I contact the courier and zavetti they both done investigation and coz i dont have a ring door bell and the GPS of delivery showed as at my door. Zavetti done nothing closed the claim no refund no resend cheated me out £93 as brought it in black friday sale so slight cheaper but no good will gesture. I would recommend if you live some where parcel get taken dont order from them they wont have any humility.

Absolute abysmal company with abysmal customer services, trying to conduct customer services when it takes two days for a response is impossible, lying to their customers about stock levels and blatantly cancelling orders before offering replacements is a very poor tactic. 3 to 10 working days for a refund is not acceptable, Highly unprofessional company would not order from them again, and I would recommend you do not either.

Vorsicht geboten für alle, die bei Zavetti.com einkaufen. Der Shop hat seinen Sitz in England und ist nicht mehr in der EU!!! Für die Rücksendung fallen fette Packetkosten an. Wir sollen für die Rücksendung einer Jacke 30EUR zahlen.
Ich rate allen nur bei Shops zu kaufen, die ihren Sitz in der EU oder Deutschland mit einer Deutschen Rücksendeadresse haben. So ein ..........

I never received my parcel and have been contacting their chat service every day with no resolution. They make promises that they never follow through on. I was told I’d get a replacement, but never received any confirmation or the replacement itself—it was never processed.
A few days later, they said the replacement would be sent via next-day service, but then claimed it would take 2–4 days. Their website clearly states guaranteed next-day delivery for Christmas if ordered by the 23rd, so this is false advertising.
I was then told I’d receive a refund within 5–10 working days, but they won’t provide any proof of it. Given their repeated broken promises, I seriously doubt I’ll ever see my money—or my item. Absolute scam artists.

Today things are alot different with Zavetti. They have apologised as I didn't get sent the correct information! They recieved my parcel in the warehouse. So I am going to get my refund within 10 working days. The outcome is what I wanted and hopefully it will be before Christmas, but I think it will be after. But I am happy they looked into it and realised the parcel has been in the warehouse.£75 will hopefully be back in my bank soon.

Shocking customer service. Refused to exchange a coat for a different size so I returned it and re ordered like I was told

DELIVERY GONE AWOL
Coat ordeted in November due to be delivered on the 5th December at latest, no movement no scans, no updates . Should be declared missing by carrier but they dont care - looks like its lost in transit, its now the 16th no updates, no reply from anyone about a refund, raised with paypal

Worst customer service ever!!
A jacket for £130 was purchased, and when the courier marked it as “delivered”… the parcel was nowhere to be found. The cameras didn’t capture the courier delivering anything. Customer service claims that the tracking number is enough as proof of delivery, and they also use Google Maps - last time updated more than 18 months ago ( used photo by customer service was from June/ July 2024!!! Now we have December 2025!! Shoking ) as confirmation of delivery. The only contact is through social media, but once they received the evidence they asked for, they started avoiding my messages. Thankfully, I paid with PayPal, so after some difficult conversations I managed to get my money back. Terrible customer service… I do not recommend them.

Two weeks later, the stitching has come undone at the seams, leaving holes in the coat. Really unhappy with the quality for the price of the jacket. Seems to be a defect in this coat due to stitch quality being so poor

shocking customer service. They’ve openly acknowledged the parcel was left on my doorstep in an unsecure spot — something I never authorised — yet they’re refusing a refund because it was stolen, unless I somehow produce CCTV footage? Completely unreasonable and nowhere near acceptable for a retailer.
Do not order!!!
I ordered a jacket and I had to return it because it was too big.
They would not let me return it free of charge and because I am in Ireland it would’ve cost me nearly €50 half the price of the jacket.
Very difficult to contact through email and I spent an hour on the chat with them and they would give me one word responses in the end they happen to say after one full hour on the chat that because I lived in Ireland there was nothing they could do for me. This is extremely poor and I will not be shopping with them in future. Should’ve read the reviews.
