I ordered items in October on preorder to be delivered end Nov.It is now 16th Jan and there is no sign of my order.
I have sent them so many messages ,which initially were answered .They have stopped responding to be now. I HAVE NO UPDATE ON WHERE MY ITEMS ARE FOR WEEKS.I have since seen online that lots of customers have had similar experiences.Avoid at all costs

Zavvi any chance you will update your…

Zavvi any chance you will update your customers about whats happening with packages that were due to be delivered by fastway. Zero information on your website or social media. Messaged customer service and your twitter account (zero response) but you only get a template response that doesn't actually answer any of the question being asked. No phone number either or instant chat system. Paid for a very expensive 4k boxset that is now sold out everywhere and I have no idea if I will even ever get it.

Delivery late!

I ordered two of the same item on 29/06/25
It’s now almost a month later and I’ve only received one of the two items.
How can delivery take this long?

They don't actually stock anything

They don't actually stock anything. They take your money, then try order it from somewhere. Or in my case, they don't even bother at all. A month before Christmas, ordered something they said they had in stock on their website. 3 days before Christmas, they say it hasn't been "dispatched yet". Hate chancers like this.

Placed an order of a product IN STOCK on the 1st of October 2023, It said to be delivered within 5 working days, it has now been 3 months and still not received. after a few weeks I contacted them again and again and they kept saying it would be with me within 1 week. it wasn't. eventually they shipped it and only now (1st of January 2024) I got an email from the parcel service saying I have to pay customs if I want to receive my order. I am based in Ireland, it is a .ie website and doesn't mention anywhere that you have to pay customs if you order from them. AVOID this website at all costs if you can. useless customer service, they just don't care whether you receive your order or not.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order on their site on December 13th. Their site offers delivery to Ireland in 3 to 5 working days for 5.99. I received an immediate order confirmation email telling me they were processing the
order. Having received no forther undated by 15th December, I check out the online reviews for this company, the vast majority of which were negative. I sent an email on 15th December, confirming that I had paid for 3 to 5 day delivery and requested confirmation of despatch. I received an automated reply telling me my order would be despatched shortly. I emailed again on 17th December asking for a refund if they could not guarantee delivery by December 20th as promised, as the items ordered were Christmas gifts. I received an email this morning saying they could not issue a refund as my order was already despatched and would take 21 Working days for delivery. DO NOT
ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. The company address is a house in Lancashire. I know need to take this up with my Credit Card company. I wish I had checked out the reviews before ordering from these Scammers.

Ordered an item which states 3-5 days…

Ordered an item which states 3-5 days delivery , was charged and received confirmation email. After no dispatch email received after 5 days , sent a query and advised order being processed and will be dispatched. They cancelled my order , they gave a refund and removed the item from the site so obviously stock level incorrect but no advice received for this. Definitely don’t rely on your item coming in short space of time. As issued refund might use again if something I really want and can’t get elsewhere but will try other retailers first as seem to be a lot of issues with this retailer.

Incorrect delivery times stated! Ordered a tshirt for my sons birthday on 20th nov. It states on their website that it's 3-5 days delivery time to Ireland. Despite several emails back and forth with them stating that it is 'being processed' It has only now been dispatched with an estimated delivery time of 21st-22nd December - almost a month after my sons birthday! I have asked where it is being dispatched from and no response at all. False advertising and extremely frustrating. How can they get away with this?

Absolutely awful experience

Absolutely awful experience. You can order products that are not in stock. They will not alert you to this, or provide any expectation as to when you will get the order until a week after payment when your order just hasn't shipped.
After 14 days I tried to cancel. Their site "cancel order" function mysteriously didn't work. Their "customer service" couldn't cancel the order due to an error, and said it was up to the warehouse staff. Apparently their warehouse staff don't know how to cancel an order either. After another 15 days and multiple attempts to get them to actually cancel the order, I had to go through a paypal dispute to try to get my money back.
If purchasing with them ensure you use a payment service that has a charge back/ dispute option like Paypal otherwise you will end up paying for items you might not get.

Zavvi restricting Irish customers.

Limited availability for customers based in Ireland after recent change. Zavvi are now limiting what they ship to Ireland, outside of the usual battery restrictions. Am also unable to ship to Ireland from Zavvi.com anymore. The site is now basically useless.
