What a great item and a wonderful company.
The walker arrived 2 business days after ordering. It was useable straight out of the box, and Mum is the envy of her Residential apartments.
All the other ladies want one.

I have tried without success to find a rollator that suited my needs UNTIL I discovered Zeal.
Unlike previous reviewers I have not had any issues regarding stability and find the seat very comfortable
It is lightweight, no brake cables dangling and catching on wheels, it is easy to fold and fits nicely into the boot of my fiesta
Have spoken with customer services, user issues, and have been extremely pleased with their help and assistance
Yes this is a “considered purchase” but I feel it to be worth it for the design, quality and great service

I really wanted to love this rollator. The colour I chose was gorgeous, the design looked modern and sleek, and the lighter weight was a huge selling point for me — especially as it’s around 5kg lighter than my current Rollz Motion. Unfortunately, within 5 minutes of trying it, I’d already boxed it back up ready for return.

The main issue is stability. It feels extremely flimsy and wobbly compared to other premium rollators I’ve used, and I simply wouldn’t trust using it for any length of time or on uneven ground. The seat was also surprisingly uncomfortable, with the edge digging into the back of my thighs despite the product being advertised as comfortable for resting.

Although it is relatively lightweight, it’s awkward to lift when approaching curbs or thresholds. The frame doesn’t naturally tip upwards, meaning you have to put a significant amount of force through the handles to get the front wheels up. Other rollators, including my current one, have curb climbers which make this process much smoother and safer.

It’s a shame because aesthetically this is one of the nicest-looking rollators I’ve seen, but in practice it just didn’t feel sturdy, comfortable, or functional enough for everyday use.

I also noticed many reviews praising the company’s excellent customer service, which was reassuring before ordering. However, I emailed regarding a separate issue and unfortunately haven’t received a response, which has added to the disappointment.

The Zeal team went over and above to help with my query. I’m really happy with my walker – its aesthetics make it feel more like an accessory than a mobility aid. It looks great, is very sturdy, and glides along with ease. I would highly recommend it!

I initially had problems with the delivery of damaged Rollator but Zeal were very helpful and friendly in sorting things out. The rollator has exceeded expectations. It is very stable, lightweight and easy to lift into my car. It also seems to have sprung wheels because it rides bumps and bad pavements with ease. Of course I have received many comments on how good it looks. I have had other rollators in the past but this one is so much easier to use. I have only one problem with it - the perching seat is a bit too high for me and, in order to use it at all, I have to raise the hand grips otherwise, when I perch on the seat, I knock the brakes off.

We think the product is very easy to use, lightweight and strong.
We had one small fault with ours which was dealt with promptly and courteously And they lent us another one whilst ours as was being repaired

I adore my sage walker. It is aesthetically pleasing as well as being of superb functional design. It comes ready to use with no building, complete with a nifty bag which easily clips on and off. The walker folds in seconds and easily sits in a car boot. I needed to contact the company after purchase and the customer service was the best I have ever experienced. So glad to have found this rollator and company.

I’m really impressed with the features of my Zeal walker. It’s lovely and sturdy and lightweight making getting on and off buses nice and easy.
The wheels rotate so easily and nice fingertip brakes.
So nice to have a choice of lovely bright colours.
Main reason for choosing this make was the fact that this can be easily heightened to suit you, so you walk upright not stooped over.
Easy to fold down, nice comfy seat. Comes very well boxed and a very good easy to read instruction book.
No it’s not the cheapest but the quality of this design speaks for itself.
Very well done for designing such a nice modern version of a usual dreary mobility aid.
