When the team arrived they did a great job installing the equipment. All cleanly fitted.

I had Zealous Electrical supply and install 24 solar panels, 7kw inverter, a 9.4kWh battery and an EV charger earlier this year.

I'll be honest, I was initially a little sceptical. Their quotation was significantly cheaper than several local suppliers and, being based in Scotland while Zealous are primarily located around the Liverpool area (but cover throughout the UK), I wondered if it was too good to be true. Thankfully, my concerns proved completely unfounded.

From the first enquiry through to completion, the service was excellent. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. My installation date was actually brought forward from the original schedule, which suited me perfectly, and I was kept updated at every stage of the process.

The installation team were professional, hardworking and took the time to explain everything clearly. Nothing felt rushed and any questions I had were answered without hesitation. Just as importantly, they treated my property with respect and left everything clean and tidy when the work was finished.

There was a minor issue with one component after installation, which was entirely outside of Zealous Electrical's control. What impressed me most was how they dealt with it. Despite the distance involved, they returned the very next day and resolved the problem quickly and professionally. In my experience, it's how a company responds when something doesn't go quite to plan that really demonstrates their commitment to customer service, and Zealous were outstanding.

I've since recommended Zealous Electrical to friends and colleagues, and every one of them has spoken just as highly of their experience as I have of mine.

Choosing a company for a solar installation is a significant investment, and trust is a huge factor. Based on my experience, Zealous Electrical delivered exactly what they promised, offered excellent value for money and provided first-class customer service throughout. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and would happily use them again in the future - which I plan to do when I add to the system later this year.

Almost forgot, also had soffit lights fitted by them.

little to no response from any of the team regarding a roof leak. well over 2 weeks for a response to no further action. I've had to get the roof fixed myself and looking to recover the costs!

The lads were ace . Didn’t stop working while here , cleaned up behind them and were super nice . Top blokes

Very polite and efficient. The men Joe, Joe, Carl and Lewis did a decent job of keeping the noise levels at a minimum. They didn't waste any time in getting the job done and we're respectfully finished in a few hours.
