My Experience with Zell CFA Preparation – A Cautionary Tale

I regret choosing Zell for my CFA preparation, and in hindsight, it has been one of the worst decisions I've made. The services they promised during enrollment were far different from what they delivered. The support and resources provided have been disappointing, and I would strongly recommend considering self-study instead.

Zell's customer service and mentor support have been virtually nonexistent. No one seems willing to listen to your concerns or offer genuine guidance. Instead, they focus solely on their own perspectives, leaving you without the necessary help or direction. The mental stress and frustration of dealing with this situation make self-study seem like a far better alternative.

Before investing in Zell, I urge you to think carefully and consider all options. It’s better to take the time to study on your own, as at least you won’t have the added frustration of a lack of support.

If you have to your money and career then choose ZELL At start they will give you all sugar coating but nothing that they complete. I have been preparing CFA and it has been a worst experience. Being a student looking for guidance and chooses Zell biggest mistake.No support from team nothing even if u keep calling them its better to do self study at least we won’t have any mental stress.

The fees is too high as comparison and also they have same faculties for all courses

I enrolled in the CMA online module and paid around ₹80,000, expecting a comprehensive support system. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The support for registration and exam-related queries has been severely lacking, with little to no assistance provided. It feels as though the institute doesn't care about the students once they've paid. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before enrolling.
