Very slow delivery. One of the stamp eyeliners turned up with no ink in it so useless, have emailed them three times and no response. Would suggest you seriously consider before purchasing

I ordered the eyebrow brush
I ordered the eyebrow brush. It was completely dry when I tried to contact them, it took them a few days to answer told me to shake it several times and try again. I followed the instructions and it was still dry. they return my money. They have a 30 day policy, but they drugged out the process so long that they will not respond to me or return my money. Be careful of this company.

Zena matte foundation repair stick
Bought the foundation stick, much lighter than the videos, think they are fake videos as stick nothing like them does not glide on, much lighter than product bought the 02 nature colour and went on white, do not waste your money!!! Very disappointing will never buy anything from them again!!!!!!

I purchased the eyebrow gel pen. I opened the packaging and was disappointed to find that the bottle was completely empty. I have emailed several times to ask for a replacement but they totally ignore me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Bad Quality And Zero Customer Service
The eyeshadow shimmer sticks are not even half as good as the social media videos make out. It doesn't show up much atall even when you put loads on. Lies and misleading. And it doesn't stay on even for half the day. I have normal skin too. Not dry or oily. And one of my sticks broke on the first use. I've contacted twice to get a refund and they've just ignored me. Poor quality products and terrible customer service. Don't shop there. They only have email as a contact too. Emailed twice and no response. I do not recommend one bit
