My recent treatment at Zenith Nottingham was amazing. From beginning to end the staff were kind, professional and knowledgeable. They instilled confidence and answered all of my questions fully. Thorough consultation and amazing results!
Prof. Sama and the whole team are simply excellent. I had many consultations for rhinoplasty including in Harley Street London, and Prof by far gave the most thorough and comforting consultation. I’ve since had the surgery and have been amazed that the results are what prof predicted and are well above my expectations. I’m extremely pleased and couldn’t recommend this team enough!

Would avoid
After arranging and paying for a consultation, i arrived before my appointment excited to meet a surgeon to discuss getting a rather big surgery completed. After 25 mins of waiting with no one talking to me, I had to ask 3 times for an update and when Dr Lopa Patel would be ready. I was lied to twice saying she was looking though my file, to then finally be told 40 mins after my appointment she was with another patient.
Everyone’s time is valuable
, and my first impression of Dr Lopa and Zenith clinic is they don’t value their customers time and rather than be honest and upfront, lie about what’s going on. Two traits which I believe anyone looking to undertake major surgery should avoid.
Personally I wouldn’t advise going here and I definitely wouldn’t advise seeing Dr Lopa Patel

Unfortunately there was a patient that needed extra care from Lopa which caused her diary to run over. We always try our best to keep our appointments running on time but we give all of our patients the care and time that they need in their appointments and this does sometimes mean we can run over. We would like to invite you again for a free consultation with either Dr Lopa or another consultant Mr Javaid. We have sent you an email offering you the same. We really hope you will avail this opportunity as we would love to see you back at the clinic.

My experience with Zenith has been fantastic. From start to finish the treatment from the reception staff to the Dr has been exceptional. Everything explained clearly and in full. Made me feel very much at ease. Procedure was very quick and painless. Felt like the Dr cared which was a really nice touch.

Very good Initial consultation
I’ve a very good initial consultation with Doctor D Maini. He understood my problem very well. He is very thorough in his consultation and having an indepth understanding and experience in dealing with my particulate condition. He shared an exact path about how the treatment going to roll out and also provide support along the way.
I’m looking forward to get a good result end of my treatment.

Outstanding clinic!
I’ve visited this clinic several times over the past few years. All staff at Zenith are so helpful, welcoming and always a pleasure to see. Dr Maini is very knowledgeable and always offers impeccable service. I would highly recommended.

Facial enhancment
I have been visiting zenith for over 10 years now and have watched the business grow , they use cutting edge techniques and constantly provide up to date procedures. My fillers and botox were done once again in the safe hands of Dr mani and already 3 days later I can see the results, i look refreshed and bright and natural, this is important to me. My only negative is parking , as the business has grown in popularity...a positive sign, parking was an issue for me on this occasion. I would reccomend allowing extra time for this to avoid missing your slot. The experience was not as relaxing as previous occasions. I will still highly reccomend zenith.

Highly Recommend
Had several moles removed with Dr Maini and they're all healing nicely, very happy with the results. Expected to just have an initial consultation but he was happy to offer immediate treatment if I wanted which was great, procedure was quick and painless. Whole experience felt highly professional from all staff.
The biggest stand-out for me is that it felt like Dr Maini really cared - I've had some bad experiences with medical professionals in the past that have left me wary but I felt actually listened to and supported. There was no pushing to do anything more than I wanted, and he was upfront about there being additional products which are available, but not at all necessary for my case.
Will be my go-to for any future treatments and already recommended them to family.

Ability to speak to surgeon 24/7 was…
Ability to speak to surgeon 24/7 was reassuring. Reception and staff professional. Surgeon reassuring when worried about healing. Only thing to improve would be to provide written quote with agreed terms ie subsequent top up treatment FOC in 1st year and discounted future treatments in writing.
