Dark spots removal
I am extremely happy with the service I received from Dr Maini and co from start to finish. I had dark spots/moles removed from my nose that was very annoying. Very happy with the results and would recommend Zenith especially if you are Black/have darker skin.

Cyst removal - excellent!
I chose Zenith for a fairly large sebaceous cyst removal from my scalp based on their great reviews, and I'm so glad I did! Very informative consultation, I was reassured that the process would be straightforward and effective. The surgery went well and the cyst was removed in one go. I had a follow-up appointment a week later to check how things were going and to have the stitches removed, and I'm so happy with the results! Healing well, I'm really pleased. I would 100% recommend Zenith! Thank you 🙏🏼

Mole removal with Dr Maini
I had several moles removed by Dr Maini and the results are amazing! It's been 4 months now and looking at where they were, you'd hardly know they were ever there now. Some of the moles were in awkward places too and I assumed would be difficult to remove, but the procedure was quick, 'no fuss' and mostly painless too. Big thank you to Dr Maini and his team for the great service and great results. Can't recommend highly enough. I just wish I'd had a few more removed while I was there now!

Zenith’s amazing care
I was genuinely terrified when I presented for my breast reduction surgery yesterday. But the nurses (Rachel, Paul and Chris) and the consultants (Mr Javaid and Tim Woods) could not have been kinder, more professional or reassuring. The operation was over before I knew it and, even on day 2, I can see my new silhouette is as I hoped it would be.
I fully recommend Zenith for their superb care and treatment.

Facial mole removal
I recently had several moles removed from my face at Zenith in Nottingham.
From start to finish the experience was wonderful. The reception staff and the nursing team are welcoming and friendly, and Dr Maini was fantastic, making the whole procedure stress free. I had 24/7 access to him throughout the post-procedure period if necessary - it was not.
I'm thrilled with the results and wish I had done it sooner. I have no hesitation in recommending Zenith to anyone considering any cosmetic procedure.

I met Dr Maini in the Clinic
I met Dr Maini in the Clinic. The Clinic itself is beautiful and the reception staff helpful. Dr Maini went through the treatment options with me. The initial treatment plan from laser had to be changed to micro-needling. I just need to research the benefits of micro-needling over laser before i proceed with the treatment plan.
