Dear Ajit, we are sorry you found our cough syrup (£12 for 100ml) pricey. Our cough syrup is a natural syrup and it is infused with marshmallow root, liquorice and thyme. It is quite labour intensive as we make it instore. We are sorry if your order was sent to the wrong address - we checked with DHL and they have said it was delivered successfully to your address so we will definitely investigate this further. Great quality products
Great quality products. I am using joint & muscle CBD balm since last five months and advised by the shop assistant to use joint and muscle capsules as well which I have started last month. I am using these products for my knee pain. I have decided to give it little more time . These products works but very slowly.

Wonderful Company
Since I started taking my prescribed herbs (tincture, tea and powder) about 3 months ago, I have started to feel so much better already—physically and mentally. On my initial consultation, Sara listened so attentively to me describing my whole health history, and with lots of knowledge and compassion she seemed to immediately know what choice of herbs could help my symptoms. Throughout the whole process I felt, and continue to feel, supported and looked after, there's always an answer to my questions or concerns, and I really trust that this is the alternative health support I have been hoping to find for years. 6/5 stars.

I found the Zen Maitri supportive, very knowledgeable and gave the impression of being genuinely concerned about their clients. Labelling and directions for use on their preparations was clear and straight forward. I am happy to recommend their services to others.
One area where improvements could be made is the primary packaging so that intended route of administration is matched to the dosing implement
