It’s a good service but I expect more…

It’s a good service but I expect more because you guys are growing fast with unexpected problems for instant booting a system a middle of a day ....
And transactions duplicate you know what I’m saying...
The big one to fix the problem when we call deferent representatives gives deferent reasons or excuses.....no transparency you know that means...
No transparency .....no comfort zone .....

We use Bankcard services to process our EBTs. The communication with customer service reps & the service is good. They have raised the fees twice in the year and a half we used them. The fees are triple what they were when we started with them.

Mike and his staff are the absolute…

Mike and his staff are the absolute best! You wont find better girls than his, when they leave him they train their own replacement! Ha what a concept, I'm taking notes on that!! They train them well, but more important, they are willing to dive into any situation unknown and get it done!!

When i upgraded to the VX520 i was…

When i upgraded to the VX520 i was supposed to get a $100 rebate or bonus that i never received. Also, i shouldnt have been locked into a new contract because terminal had to be upgraded not by my own choosing.
