Relentless Spam Calls & Empty Promises – Regret Purchasing from FitPill / Natural Solutions
Updated Trustpilot Review – May 2025
If I could give negative stars, I would. I’ve never experienced a more manipulative and frustrating purchase than with FitPill (also connected to Natural Zepbound and Natural Solutions).
🚨 It started before I even ordered
Just entering my phone number on the FitPill checkout page triggered a wave of over 200 spam calls in just a few days — some coming every 10 minutes, even late at night. I hadn’t even clicked “Purchase” yet.
When I finally answered, I was told the website coupon code wasn’t working and I could place my order over the phone for a better discount. Desperate to kickstart a weight loss plateau, I went ahead and ordered the six-bottle bundle — but made it clear I didn’t appreciate the pressure. I was promised the calls would stop after placing the order.
They didn’t.
📦 The harassment continued
Even after I received the shipping confirmation, the calls kept coming. I contacted both FitPill and CartPanda (their credit card processor) to have my number removed. I was told it would be — but nothing changed. One rep even hung up on me.
I asked for a refund before the shipping notice ever arrived — only to be told it was “too late.” Ironically, the actual shipping confirmation didn’t come until the day after I asked to cancel.
Eventually, I had to block all of their numbers through Verizon just to stop the harassment.
💊 I gave it a fair try — and gained weight
Despite all this, I tried the product as directed: two pills a day, plenty of water, calorie-conscious eating, and light exercise. After two full weeks, I hadn’t lost a single pound. In fact, I gained weight. I hadn’t gained in years — until this.
🎁 Where’s the coaching and gift card?
Their website promised a free coaching session and gift card for those who ordered the six-bottle set. I received neither. No emails, no invitations — nothing.
I still don’t know if I “wasn’t one of the first 10 customers” or if that was just another empty sales tactic.
💸 Refund runaround
I emailed FitPill multiple times and received no help. I couldn’t even locate the original website I ordered from. So I turned to CartPanda. They offered a 35% refund to keep the product. Then 50%. When I pushed for a full refund, they backtracked, denied any responsibility for the spam calls, and forwarded my entire email chain to FitPill — whom I’d already contacted.
Then they dropped their offer back to 35% again, adding that if I wanted a full refund, I’d have to return the product at my own expense.
By that point, I had already filed a dispute with my credit card company.
📂 And the so-called “freebies”?
I eventually got them — eight generic PDFs titled things like:
The 1-Day Detox
The Ritual That Speeds Up Results 2x
The Zero Retention Method
Skin Toning Techniques
The 3-Minute Fat Burner
20 Ways to Boost Your Fat-Burning Hormone
The Ice Technique
The Fat-Burning Mindset Guide
They read like copy-paste health blog filler and could be found online for free. Hardly the “value add” you’d expect.
✉️ FitPill finally responded
Eventually, FitPill did respond directly — but only after I posted this review and got a refund from my credit card company. They acknowledged the issues and confirmed I was eligible for a refund under their 60-day guarantee. But by then, I had already finished the first bottle and filed a dispute with my bank.
Final Summary
✅ 200+ spam calls for just entering my number
✅ Broken promises from sales reps and customer service
✅ Product didn’t work — and caused weight gain
✅ Coaching and gift card never arrived
✅ Refund only offered in percentages, with return shipping at my expense
✅ Forced to dispute through my bank
✅ “Freebies” were old PDFs anyone could Google
Avoid this company at all costs. Whether it's FitPill, Natural Zepbound, Natural Solutions — or anything that asks for your number — run the other way.
This wasn’t just a bad purchase. It was a relentless, exploitative mess from start to finish.
