I paid $8k on top of interest to sign up for a $24k car loan basically.
The other potential $76k I am told I have to pay extra (on top of the $8k) to get after the fact.
I have and could of did a car loan myself.
Service promised or suggested is not what was received.

Firstly, we’re pleased to confirm that we successfully secured $129,000 in total funding for your business! $104,000 was at 0% and $25,000 was for a personal loan that we all agreed would help your business. Of the $129,000 there were no extra fees on our end. We are pleased to report all of your funding was obtained for no additional cost! In fact, we provided a complimentary personal card play in which you were approved for $25k at 0% at AMEX. A huge win that will serve your personal profile for the rest of your life.
Additionally, after further review of the agreement, your investment to work with us was $5,800, not $8k. This was a special rate given to you during a promotional period back in April 2024 when you joined and because you are a veteran. Thank you again for your service.
After discussions with your funding coach, it appears you were upset with the cost of liquidation. Now regarding the liquidation process, we’d like to clarify that our agreement states that liquidation services are not included. We do not do this in house and cannot control the cost of our network. Additionally, your coach provided 6 other options of liquidation that range from 0-6%. There are multiple ways to convert a credit limit to cash at no cost and are happy to revisit that conversation at any time.
Lastly, we stand by our commitment to honor every aspect of the agreement, which we fulfilled in full by getting you well over $100k in 0%. We understand a miscommunication may have occurred and we apologize that you thought liquidation was included in your agreement. We hope we can overcome this and continue to serve you with your funding needs for years to come.
