I've tried to delete my account using the online website as the app has provided absolutely no value to my speaking business. I've been able to get more contracts than Zest has been able to. I was not able to delete it so I reached out to the staff and have been 'ghosted', yet my credit card is still being charged. Beware!
UPDATE: Just to provide more detail, the 'delete' button on my account has been frozen so that I cannot use it to delete my account, and my interaction with the chatbot trying to get someone to contact me to discuss this had been unsuccessful. I also told the 'chatbot' that I wanted my account deleted and... nothing. So you can understand my concern when I was still being billed. It appeared that my concerns were not being addressed and that this was a means of stalling or avoiding.

Zest have been great with helping us source vendors for our events. They’re super quick response times to our inquiries have been invaluable, an extremely diligent team helping us out wherever they can. Would definitely recommend Zest for all event vendor sourcing. 🙏🏼😊

Zest are great for independent artists looking to find and connect with events suited to their skill set.

It’s easy to tender for jobs, and once you’ve been booked communicating with the client is simple. Push notifications mean you get them in a timely fashion so you can respond quickly.

Payment is probably one of the strongest features. Because the client pays the fee at the time of booking and it’s held, once the event is over and requirements have been met it gets released quite quickly.

Unsure what to step forward with facing an art exhibition for the first time in my life, I changed dates mutliple times, I changed budgets, I changed years! I was hard to get a hold of and was unsure about how to navigate through this, even with event management experience in the past. Totally new waters and Jordan kept me optimistic and positive as I kept struggling to explain what I needed. Nerves were overpowering my senses so to have Jordan calm, collected, cool, informative and professional for the entire experience really helped me release the nerves and focus on making this dream a reality. Finding the perfect venue he did a really good warm transfer keeping everyone in the loop. He never shut down my ideas but rather he found alternatives and solutions to the problems in my ideas of my dream event. Jordan was not annoying and always had a warm energy that kept keeping me holding on to the hope of making the art exhibition a reality for 2026. Following in my father's (deceased) footsteps doing abstract Aboriginal artwork this is the first exhibition my sister and I will be having together, painting in honor of his memory. THAT was the part Jordan had no idea was making me panicked at the smallest details and things. Knowing I now have a moment in time to respect our culture and honour the memories of our elders by showcasing our art I can honestly believe that this would not have come together without Jordan's help. The Zest App was incredible for me when organising my 21st birthday. I was on the hunt for a Dj and came across this app which was very easy to navigate. Jordan was extremely friendly and very helpful, if I had any questions he was happy to help me out and guide me through the app. It was through here that I was able to hire Dj Vincenzo for my party, he was amazing, friendly and very accommodating. Overall 10/10 communication and customer service on all ends, highly recommend going through Zest!!

Just had an incredible experience organising my mother’s 60th birthday event.
