BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I purchased a security camera December 3, 2024. The camera started to fail November 2025. Camera battery was not charging thru the solar panel. I charged the battery manually and it wouldn't hold a charge. I contacted these people, only to never receiving a response back. Finally after my second attempt in February 2026, I received an email stating that the product was out of warranty. I'd have to follow their return policy as well. Had they contacted me the first time in 2025 when the camera was STILL under warranty. It wouldn't have been out of warranty!!
Their Customer Service and their products SUCK. I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE! But I have found a new Security Camera company that has taken a lot of these people's clients due to their poor Customer Service.

REFUSE TO BACK DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

I purchased THREE covert keychain cameras. The first one fell apart when all four screws fell out. Otherwise audio and video quality were great. So I purchased another one. Same thing happened but this time fortunately they replaced it because it was within a year. The replacement camera fell apart within seven months. I just called to have it replaced and the warranty does not cover a new replacement product. This is total BS. So they can send a defective product and refuse to warrant the product. They HAVE to know the screws malfunction but continue selling the product and then refuse to back it. Totally do not recommend this company. I have bought from them for years, and it is virtually impossible to get tech support. And now this. I am done. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Cheap product, terrible support

All their products are cheap Chinese junk that doesn't even work. Tech support spent more time arguing with me and trying to make it my fault instead of solving the problem. Bad product, bad support, just bad all around, you've been warned.

Not getting paid as an affiliate – super frustrated!

I’ve been promoting Zetronix as an affiliate, and honestly, it’s been a terrible experience. I requested a payout for my commissions months ago, and it’s still showing as “Pending.” No one has processed it, and worse — I’ve emailed them multiple times and never got a single reply.

It feels like they just don’t care about their affiliates at all. If you’re thinking about joining their program, I’d seriously think twice. Getting paid shouldn’t be this hard. Totally disappointed.

AT THIS POINT, I AM ATTEMPTING TO GET A REFUND REFERENCE A CAMERA. AT THIS TIME, I WILL BE SUBMITTING A 2ND REVIEW AFTER I SEE HOW THE REFUND AND PREPAID LABEL IS HANDLED.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SALESPERSON NOT TAKING INTO ACCOUNT, THIS IS AN AGENCY AND WE PROVIDE THE UPMOST STELLAR SERVICE TO OUR CLIENTS. THIS CLIENT HAS NOW BEEN LOST DUE TO THE ISSUES WITH THE CAMERA.

My hope is this company complies with the 30-day money back guarantee. I do not want to contact my financial institution and contest the charge.

Lang leveringstid og dårligt produkt

Lang leveringstid, pakken indeholdt ikke en manual som der stod inden køb og produktet lever ikke op til forventningen. Kan absolut ikke anbefales.
Desuden måtte vi grundet lang levering købe en anden og bedre have sprinkler der dækker det dobbelte areal til samme pris hos en anden forhandler.

Garbage Product

Ordered the ultra expensive Milton zPen-SHDM and stopped working completely after 3 months during which it was only used 5 times. Garbage product. Returns are on you to pay for all costs. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Although my first order didn’t ship right away, once I reached out, the owner Edward got involved personally and made sure everything was resolved quickly. He went above and beyond, even offering a refund or store credit as a gesture of goodwill. On top of that, Chris, their technician, has been nothing short of fantastic—knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly helpful from the very beginning. The product quality is excellent and performs exactly as advertised. I confidently recommend Zetronix to anyone looking for reliability, quality, and top-tier customer service.

Don't buy from this company

Don't buy from this company. I bought the kestrel Wi-Fi glasses and they wouldn't connect to the network the side got too hot to wear and then they charged me 15% of my purchase price to return them. Trash ass company. All their refund policy says is money back guarantee. Then it goes on to comment on the underhanded tactics of customers who buy stuff and return them. Maybe they're afraid if they just say their policy outright that they're going to charge you 15% - 30% every time you return something they're afraid nobody would buy their crap. I told him it didn't work I told him it got too hot to wear and they still charged me.

broken product (MayBelle in particular)

This company (MayBelle, in particular) follows a pattern of behavior when you want to return a product.

First they will send you a list to follow to 'fix' the problem, with things you already know about in order to delay the return past the due date if possible and if close enough.

Then even if the product arrives broken, they will still insist that you pay for the return label, and THEN they will STILL Charge You a restock!

And if you are lucky enough to get a live person to talk to...about all this, they will nervously tell you to go to the company policy page (it's not our fault page, lol), and then hang up.

Also its interesting to note that this company is strategically based in a state where you cannot record even these such business interactions (unless you get their consent) to post on YouTube.

On a positive these 2 companies do not play these games:

You'll be sorry

When and while their spyglasses work, they're great. But they all break within six months or so. Getting them to honor the warranty is a virtual impossibility--they'll slow walk dumb instructions to you to fix your broken unit, then send you what is clearly a refurbished unit replacement broken out of the box. Do not recommend.
