Seamless, professional and easy to use
Sherry was fantastic to work with. She made everything as seamless as possible, nothing was too hard for her to deal with and she adapted to change very quickly, always working things out that needed to be. Everything was stress free for us as sellers because of this. The platform/app was also great to use! Made everything clear and concise. Would absolutely use this company again in future because of our experience.

A lot of work made easy!
Once I was set up on the Zettle platform it made the purchasing process so simple. It was easy to keep track of tasks, see what needed to be done and by what date. I hate to think what a nightmare all of that would've been over email! When I needed to speak to Sherry she was available with calm and considered advice. Sherry in particular was so helpful and using Zettle made what could have been a stressful experience very straightforward

Property Conveyancing - a cut above
Selling property in today's market has become very administrative, time consuming and has many moving parts, changing rules and more players involved, each working their part of the sale process to meet a settlement date.
In our busy world, the need for professional legal representation is a must, finding one that instills confidence, maintains regular updates, provides advice and takes the extra steps like working out of hours to ensure a successful outcome are hard to find.
It was by recommendation or word of mouth that I reached out to Zettle legal and in summary, found the company that met all of above and more, very professional so a big thank you Shanelle and Shelly and Zettle for providing a seamless conveyancing settlement.
A professional company with personnel that are highly recommended for those that need confidence in meeting settlement deadline dates.

Great app, Shanelle is unreliable
The application was reliable and easy to walk yourself through. Unfortunately though my conveyancer was challenging to work with. Shanelle disappeared for weeks at a time during the settlement period, though when I did hear from her the advice was solid. She made mistakes on closing date/time as she didn’t check before speaking which was a concern. After settlement she’s disappeared again, I have no documents from settlement available and it’s a week later, nor a response from her after multiple contact attempts. I’ve been forced to email other people at the company to try and get help. Horrible experience for me sadly, I do not recommend working with her.

Some hitches on both transaction but proffesionaly handled with excellent results.
