Jag kan enkom hålla med dom som påpekar företagets dåliga kundtjänst ! Att företaget utåt målar upp en bra bild: skriv till våran kundtjänst och liknande som svar här är skitsnack Du får ingen respons varken på mail eller sociala medier det är bedrägeri på alla sätt! Komiskt hur företaget uppger den support mail jag tydligt kritiserar som kontaktväg i deras bemötande på kritik återigen för att utåt se bra ut för de som efterforskar Zf markets! 😂 väl inne i karusellen besvarar dom dig inte!

Tycker att företaget ska berätta att det är en robot som tar hand om dina investeringar. Du måste hela tiden ha kontakt med dem. Inget för någon som vill ha hjälp och kunna koppla av, du får inte vara hjärtsjuk. Förlorat pengar.

Fick ett konto utan att ha registrerat något men beslöt att ge det en chans. Pratat med Henrik. Han sa flera gånger "gör ingenting själv, ha is i magen". Han lovar att ringa tillbaka men struntar i det. Jag förlorade 4000 SEK på att lyssna på honom. Den förlusten hade jag kunnat begränsa trots mina små kunskaper - som trots allt verkar vara större än Henriks. Sen lovade han att någon skulle ringa tillbaka för att hjälpa mig att få tillbaka lite pengar. det har inte skett än efter 3 veckor. Riktigt uselt! Lägg på och polisanmäl.
