Really bad quality. Regret buying and feel scammed.

Buyers, beware! This seller is a FRAUD! They operate several online sites with slightly varied names. Zfoldcases.com or kibibo.com They create online sites and steal photos and videos from legitimate sellers. I learned this the hard way where my item arrived damaged. The RETURN link states buyer pays for return shipping if no problem with item found, but if item is DAMAGE they will send a prepaid label for return and instead of a free return label, they provided a return address in China without prepaid shipping. This is a dropshipping company with a U.S. business address that's actually run from Europe and their contact number doesn't even work. Phone: +1 657 3480287

Shipping takes weeks because items come directly from the real seller in China. I advise vou to screenshot the name and photo of the item you want from their site, then purchase it directly from AliExpress to save time and money. What costs $40 USD from the scammer can be bought for under $7-10 USD from the real seller. the site says buy 2 vasea get 1 free. You can get 4 case for the price of one from China. Rubbish and scam, never order front heir website.
For a 100 USD sent me 2 cases, poor quality worth 1 usd, and not even for fold z 7 as I ordered, it was for fold z 6! One of the cases broke the first day.
Big fat scam, promoting their cases as high quality while its so poor.

The case arrived and seems flimsy. I don't trust it to protect my phone and asked to return it. They do not have a US return address so their 30-day return window doesn't matter. It costs more to ship the item back to China than the item itself.

I did not know the case came from China and it took forever to arrive (almost a month). They use GOFO to deliver which took a long time (1 wk) from Atlanta to Nashville. The case was cheaply made and did not fit my phone. They advertise " no hassle" returns. I have requested a refund and advise where to ship this case back. We have gone back and forth and I've asked for refund and return info at least 4 times. Result: no answer to my questions and they shipped me another from China after I told them not to. It isn't even the case i ordered!!

I am still waiting for my Z Fold Case which I ordered and paid for via PayPal (49.95) on 1/1/!026 ). I sent an email and called and was advised the purchase is being escalated with no update or resolve.

Horrible. Cases broke immediately. Screen protector was all bubbles and created issues closing the phone. Wireless charger/phone holder doesnt charge and wont open. Can not get ahold of the company through email. Phone number is disconnected. Scam. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Sent a faulty item. Opened packaging and the tempered glass spilled everywhere as it was shattered. Spoke to support but they have now stopped responding. Taking no responsibility of the issue and hoping I stop responding. Really poor service
