Took too long to respond to my issue

Took too long to respond to my issue, in fact took a month later to respond after my order was supposedly “delivered.” After long contemplating, I had finally received the order in good condition, but overall communication needs to be worked on.

Miss the email with the tracking information and was worried I got scammed. Emailed customer support and received an immediate response. They provided detailed information in my package had just been delivered. Amazing customer service and prices.

Phone case!

I absolutely LOVED my experience. not only is their customer service amazing but their products are so adorable. I had an issue with finding where I could track my packaging and DMed them on IG. They responded back right away and helped me with my issue! Once my phone case arrived it was in great condition, it was adorable, and it even came with a pack of Miffy stickers!! 10/10 experience.

Poor printing

The phone case was very poorly printed and crappy :(

There are multiple words either spelled wrong or printed wrong and a lot of it doesn’t make sense

Worth The Wait Overall!

This site is great and easy to use and checkout! Although I had to wait at least 2 weeks to a month for the phone case to get here so it did take a little longer than expected... but I got my North Face Puffer Case and I am very pleased with the quality and the way it fit my iPhone 15 Plus! Don't hesitate to buy from ZiCase, you will be very pleased! I'd say it was worth the wait 100%!

Magnetic charging feature didn’t work

Loved the design of the case, it seems very sturdy and worth the price. Unfortunately, the magnetic charging feature on the back doesn’t work. When I tried to attach it to a magnetic charger, it wouldn’t charge. I had to take the case off and only then would it work with a magnetic charger.

Sometimes wireless charging may not work properly if the charger isn’t fully aligned with the internal magnetic ring or if the charger’s surface is slightly smaller than the case’s ring area. In rare cases, certain third-party chargers may also have weaker magnets that affect the connection.
