Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, Elena responded to my emails in super quick time and kindly agreed to hold my order until a prearranged date so I didn’t need to store it. When my order arrived (bang on schedule!) it was beautifully packaged.
This is my first time shopping with Zidar but I will be back and would recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service
Great customer service from purchase to delivery.
Elena, the customer service assistance who helped us greatly when our original parcel was delivered to the wrong address, took ownership of the issue and made sure our present for the son of our friends was delivered on time and with a personal message. Absolutely great service!
