Was very sceptical about how to transfer everything form my old computer to my new one. Most places I looked at were over $200 which the price was not a big deal if it was done right. After checking out Zinstall reviews I made it my choice and was glad I did. There program transfered everything, photos, apps, files, and any links I had to other sites. It took about 1 1/2 hours and I had to do nothing except watch. Highly recomended. I am a happy camper for sure. Thanks Zinstall.

I have an older desktop that I have been nursing along for quite some time. I dreaded having to transfer everything over to a new computer, but I made the decision to upgrade and Zinstall made it an easy process.

I used the Zinstall WinWin program to copy data from my old Win10 machine to my new Win11 machine and it worked perfectly. All of my program, files, and data were copied without incident. It even handled the multiple drive partitions I had on my old PC properly. Once the process finished, everything was right where I expected it to me and even all the internal system pointers and registry entries were updated. Terrific product!

works as advertised took me 3 times i had to stop an restart do to my mistakes, my first was not uninstalling anti-virus,2nd was I didn't uninstall old an unwanted files that were taking way to much room, 3rd it went perfect, I would do it at night so it will do it while you are sleeping

Zinstall made migrating to my new PC incredibly easy. Moving from Windows 10 to Windows 11 worked like a charm. I had to make a couple of small tweaks along the way, but overall the process was smooth and surprisingly painless. I’ll be using this every time I upgrade a machine.

Easy to install the software and the transfer allowed for the new device to appear like the old one which is what I wanted. Could do all myself.

Overall, the transfer went well. There were a few things I had to adjust, but for the most part the data and apps transferred properly after running overnight.

I am a senior citizen with no computer experience, forced to transfer my windows 7 relic to a windows 11 computer. I felt brave, so I purchased the do-it-yourself program. I ran into complications I could not solve alone, so the next day I purchased the remote support package, for which the price was discounted. After various attempts to transfer PC to PC, the technician elected to complete transfer to my external drive and that solved my problems; he completed the transfer successfully. I gave the service 5/5 because the technician was very patient and skilled and in addition, assured me that Zinstall's support extends beyond the completion of the transfer, if you have questions or problems.

Zinstall moved items I did not select. Some were not a big deal-like shortcuts for apps. Others were more difficult to remove like dead shortcuts in Control Panel. Reason for 1 star is that after completing the migration, I ran a system file check and it found corrupt files and was unable to fix them. System had no integrity violations prior to running Zinstall. Waste of time and money.

It was an easy process. Just what I needed.

In the past, I've done program migration myself, but I thought I would use Zinstall since it was described as an easy transfer. Wrong! When I completed the migration I couldn't open MS Outlook or MS TEAMS and the printer driver didn't work. Their customer service page cutely says "we love to chat." Wrong. I've been disconnected. When I did get connected wait times between chats were very long. After four hours (and no resolution) I had to move on to my work. I've sent several emails (including the text of the four hour chat) asking when I could reconnect ... with no response (three days later). I'm asking for a refund and disputing the charge.

I purchased a new desktop computer, and was not looking forward to getting information and applications off the old computer and onto the new computer. However, I read reviews of Zinstall and was impressed. I purchased the app, and used it. It worked 100%. I had no applications missed, no documents missed, no key registry settings missed, etc.

This was the easiest I have ever transferred files and programs from an old computer to a new one. It took about 10 minutes to download and set up, then about 9 hours to complete the transfer. I didn't have to do anything but sit back and watch the progress. I did it through my router, so no cables to hook up. I highly recommend this product.

Could never get software to run properly. Called numerous times and never got thru to anyone but an operator who was supposedly leaving messages for an urgent call back but that call never came.

Will be disputing charge with AMEX and calling Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. Bogus company. Operators don't care and actually tell you to buy another product.

The software was easy to setup and the program worked fine. My transfer took a little longer because the program actually transferred movie videos for me as well as programs and data.
Other than having to use my passwords to sign-on which were not saved my transfer was seamless.

I'm retired now, but when working, if I had a computer issue I couldn't solve I'd get help from my boss. 9 out of 10 times he would tell me it was a PICNIC issue...Problem In Chair Not In Computer. Now, 12 years later after hours of trying unsuccessfully to transfer files and programs to my new desktop I knew I needed help. I found Zinstall, liked what I read, and downloaded the program. Very easy to use and years of info from my old laptop was transferred without any issues. It was worth the cost.

The installation was simple and straightforward. The process was completed under an hour and when the new laptop turned on it looked identical to my old laptop. All the important programs came over with no problem. I had a couple really old programs that required me to purchase current versions but that was a minor cost and inconvenience. I was skeptical this would work but amazed how simple and easy this was. Most tech places will only transfer files not programs do this is a godsend. Thank You!

I have migrated PC manually over the years but I haven’t ever used a product like Zinstall before now. It worked flawlessly for me. It moved my files and programs. I am very impressed and would recommend it to my friends.

This is my go to program whenever I purchase another computer to replace any of my existing ones and just want to transfer everything “lock, stock, and barrel” as the saying goes. This time it was from Win 10 Pro to Win 11 Pro. It was practically seamless with just the usual updating of programs and the like.

Win 10 to Win11. program keep crashing was told by tech support that I had to remove all security software from old computer. unfortunately for me I keep running the program and each time it transferred parts of the data from my old computer. In the Documents folder on the new Win11 computer it created enormous amount of symlinks (i have never encounterd those before. Should have just done it the old fashion way and just copy files from one to the other and reinstall programs. would not recommend this program to anyone. Asked company for refund months ago, haven't heard from them since.
