Avoid like covid! My partner and I were stuck in London and had to reschedule our flights back to Australia. This company act like they are all about helping you when in fact they are a money hungry company! We dealt with "Ian" who indeed was nice and polite on the phone and for starters was some what helpful but soon after taking £316 from us to make our flights open (when in fact we could have opened the tickets for free directly with the airline we found out) first instance of greed. Secondly Ian told us to catch the flights we wanted we would need to pay an extra £80 each, we thought this seemed reasonable so we paid, then Ian told us our flights had gone even though we received a confirmation email from him 🙄 then he told us in fact it would cost another £950 on top of what we had paid! Barring in mind our whole trip to England from Australia return had cost that much! Currently still waiting for our £160 refund that Ian had assured we would get. Please do not trust the good reviews this company is greedy!!

Absolutely horrible tried to change my flight with
Singapore airlines.he said he was a agent for
Singapore airlines and charged me £90 he said it was fees to change fight ,he was not working for Singapore airlines at all he was a independent travel agent .he had taken my money by then. And told me he had done a service by putting my flight on hold ,Singapore air lines
Would have done it for nothing.
He said when feb came this year he would book the on hold flight for free,When I asked them to book the flight
For Jan 2023 he said it would cost another £700
I had already paid Singapore airelines for the flight,
He said there were only 2 flights left,
When I got hold of Singapore airlines,the flights for 2023 had not been released yet,

Kamal was very help first booking our flights than when we had to change it due to Covid results. He did his best to keep all informed at all times of what was happening and always came back to update us.

The only reason I’ve given one star, is because it cannot get any lower.
Now, at first the “customer service” from a Mr S Abbas was immaculate. Could not have been better at finding our flights.
But with all the uncertainty of our flights due to covid, having the potential of cancelling our trip. Mr Abbas was no help whatsoever, our flight itinerary suddenly vanished on the website, meaning that our flights were no longer there. After weeks of trying to contact Mr Abbas, he was ducking our calls and completely avoiding Us. He wouldn’t pick up our calls, didn’t respond to any emails. Now usually this wouldn’t be a problem, but because we unfortunately decided to book through a travel agent (Zippy travel) they are the third party in control of the tickets, meaning that I don’t have any control of changing the tickets that I paid for and I can’t even get hold of the one man who we paid to help us.

Now the only reason our trip happened was because I went to speak to the airline in person and even after they could not contact the super useful travel agency, The airline decided to go against regulation and let me change the tickets.

In short, Zippy Travel and especially Mr S Abbas is not worth using. Unprofessional and aloof when you need them the most.
